Excellent location. Some staff very helpful.
Shower leaked all over floor. Breakfast poor. No hot water one morning.

Central location and nice clean bedding and a new bathroom.
We went to check in and told sorry not here and were taken up to the 7th floor., the Lotus Hotel reception, a really dark and dingey place. A total shock as.we booked Miramar but were told the owner had bought the floor below and it converting it to Miramar. A brand new room but a queen bed for 2 not 2 x singles as paid and confirmed. Breakfast was also not at the photod restaurant but the Lotus hotel one instead, not anywhere near the photo look alike.

location is near tahiri round about.
Cheaters - Let me explain.
I booked 2 rooms for 5 nights. My 70 year old mother was with me. So I selected Miramar evergreen which has lift.
19 dec - I got wapp message asking for confirmation, I reconfirmed immediately.
27 Dec - 1 Hour Before reaching hotel I got message that these cheaters shifted me to other hotel Miramar downtown which does not have lift. When I called they asked me to cancel reservation. Obviously I cannot as we were 5 members cannot take risk. This Miramar is dirty hotel and no lift. But they charge same.
After reaching they offered me 3 rooms - 1 +2 + 2 instead of 3 + 2 - Its ok.
28 Dec - After giving keys of 2 + 1 room back and expecting triple room, in evening lady at reception told me there is no vacant room for 3 members. Please note I already paid 480 USD on 27th. I had some argument then she gave me triple room. Means room was there but she was only harassing me.
30 Dec - No hot water in bathroom. I complained but there was no willingness to solve the issue. Lady at reception asked me to wait. Even after waiting for 1 hour Hot water never came.
Bathroom and beds are not good. Bathroom accessories are old and cannot hold towel. Flush is problematic. No daily cleaning even after reminding to clean. Breakfast - Bread, cheese, tea.
My mother who is having knee problem has to use stairs for 5 days.
Please guys - Stay away from this hotel as they can ruin your holidays. I spent 15 days in Egypt and these 5 days were nightmare. If you book Miramar evergreen they will shift you to this bad Miramar downtown and cheat you.

- the hotel position - very ok
- very small rooms;
- very bad breakfast and took a long time to prepare it for you. Also, was quite annoyed to go to the front desk every morning and tell them to bring it to you (also they didn't understand if we wanted tea or coffee);
- I wanted to make my own tea and I explained 5 times that I need a hot water and they didn't understand what I wanted; it was bad enough that I had to ask for hot water every morning to make my own tea, when they could make a kettle available;
- the noise of traffic could be heard loud in the room as well - no noise cancellation rooms;
- the hotel starts from the 5th floor, and there are frequent power outages and we had to climb the foot floors almost daily.

The location is perfect.
We followed the address in booking and arrived at the hotel. The receptionist told us it was fully booked. So they told us to walk to another hotel with the same name close by. But the room was totally different than the pictures shown here in Booking!!!! The room was super tiny and the bed was not clean at all with stains and dirts. The air-conditioning and ventilation system did not work well. It’s a little bit hot in the room. Also, we were not informed of the service and tax fee in advance, which was 10 dollars! So in the end we paid 1/3 more than the original price shown in the Booking.

Perfect for the purpose, clean and great people
Breakfast was after 8 am, not choice it was only one for all.

Boa localização. Elevador no local.

The staff, the cleaning and the comfort.
I have request a early check-in because my flight arrived @2.00AM, they agreed by SMS, once I arrived there I had to wait during 8h at the lobby sofa after a 8h flight. After 13 hours of traveling in the total I almost collapse.

Location is good. Receptionists were really helpful and kind especially the Lady named Mary with her good english and friendly behaviour. Breakfast could be more advanced. We recommed the hotel.
Bathroom tub was clogged.

Nice location and staff were kind.
Wheelchairs access into hotel and inside, which made life very easy for one of my quests. With the exception of the shower, too small.
Rooms were never cleaned, I had to request clean towels every day, no breakfast unless requested, although included in stay, no measures in place if electricity went off and all the doors are very difficult to open, close and lock. Finally shower

We have actually booked 8 nights at first but the room and the hotel didn't meet our expectations. So we decided to just stay two nights. It was very nice of the hotel to cancel the other nights and give our money back. The internet was very fast and the hotel location is in the centre of Downtown.
We really wish we could have stayed the whole week there and we didnt want to write a review at first. But the hotel has apparently 3 stars and an stupidly high rating, thats why I need to write down our negative experience.
First, the thing with the old entrance and the elevator, that is almost falling part - is true.
There was no system where they saw my booking, so they needed to take a photo of my confirmation mail on the phone. They also looked our passports thoroughly through, which was bizarre. We have booked a deluxe double room, which was then not deluxe(no balcony) and we needed to ask them to push the two beds together.
We couldn't lean towards the head piece of the bed because we were afraid to break it, it was wobbly already. The room was already dark during day and there was no night lamp. So we had to put on the strong lights all the time. The AC was either full blast or nothing at all. The room was partly really dirty (dust and a shoe print from dried mud or cement). Also when we asked after toilet paper, we had to ask again and it took them long to get the paper because they hadn't any at that point.
At that point we were not really comfortable staying the booked 8 nights there but we gave it a try for one night because it was ok for the moment.. After one night we discussed whether to book another hotel or see another area. We asked them about their cancelling policy and that we would stay just the two nights. The guy asked where we would stay next, which was unneccessary for him to know.. He told us when we return in the evening he will have called the boss to confirm. We returned then and the boss apparently wasn't still available. Later almost night, we asked him again and he suddenly said we can check out the next day. We would get the money back in cash.
On the next day the cherry on the top was the stuffed shower that got almost the whole bathroom floor flodded. We wanted to check out but there was a new person.

Location was the only good thing
Description not correct.
NO Restaurant
Room service - they will deliver your breakfast tray.
Breakfast service is 1 egg omelette and bread. Cup of instant coffee or tea. And is not served until 9am so if you have a day tour booked good luck!
Air con was either full blast or not at all.
Gave me the incorrect room type that I paid for and gave me a $1 per night discount.
