Sitio perfecto donde encotrar paz y tranquilidad

El personal excelente. Se respira paz y tranquilidad. Cerca del centro de la ciudad. Instalaciones bien cuidadas y muy agradables

Algo de dificultad para acceder con el coche a una calle tan céntrica. La luz de la bañera no funcionaba correctamente, pero son nimiedades.

The hotel was perfect. Lovingly restored old building. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean. The room was amazing. Nothing to complain. Recommend it 100%.

Nice stay in well run hotel

Lovely hotel right in the old town. Was upgraded to a spa room which was really big and comfortable . Staff were all very nice and helpful and breakfast was excellent . A very nice stay. Highly recommend .

Room was ground floor next to front door and every time someone came in front door, room door rattled. I solved this by wedging a sock in the door to stop rattle but perhaps this could be fixed. Other than that no issues

Nos gustó todo del alojamiento…habitación preciosa y con jacuzzi la que elegimos… con un gusto exquisito la decoración… la cama espectacular y súper cómoda…todo precioso en general Repetiremos sin duda alguna

Un hotel tranquilo y espectacular en el centro de Badajoz.

Las habitaciones son espectaculares. Gran bañera de hidromasaje, todo impoluto y Preciosa decoración.

Wonderful Stay in Modern Hotel

El hotel es muy bonito, moderno y todo muy nuevo. El personal muy amable y muy limpio las habitaciones. Dormimos muy bien, la cama es muy grande y comoda y nos relajamos mucho en el jacuzzi. Lo recomiendo!

Un oasis señorial en pleno centro

La bañera de hidromasaje es un muy buen añadido. Un lujo, estaba todo a estrenar. El estilo y la decoración del edificio. Ideal para una escapada romántica.

El horario de recepción es limitado, aunque con el código se puede acceder en cualquier momento al edificio.

PEOR IMPOSIBLE

El edificio antiguo bien remozado, los techos altos, el detalle del agua, bombones y demás de bienvenida. La ubicación tan céntrica justo al lado del MUBA… La cama súper cómoda y las almohadas de diferentes tipos para poder elegir la que a uno le va mejor. La privacidad y tranquilidad de puertas para adentro del edificio y su insonorización.

Al rellenar las peticiones al hotel indiqué que me sería fundamental descansar esa noche a tope y precisaba un cuarto muy tranquilo. En cambio me adjudicaron el peor que jamás haya ocupado. La uno, a ras de calle, la gente curioseaba por la ventana o hacía fotos y comentarios a la fachada ya que según me dijeron acaba de inaugurarse hace poco, a los lugareños les cogía por sorpresa y hacían comentarios y especulaciones de todo tipo. O bajabas a cal y canto la persiana y cerrabas asfixiándote o vivías en la calle. Todo el día pasando gente arriba y abajo por acera charlando y coches por la calzada. A la noche seguí sin pegar ojo hasta bien entrada la misma. El cuarto tamaño pulga y eso que era para mi sola. Ni siquiera nada para poner y abrir la maleta. Si se resignaba una a dejarla en el suelo para pasar había que saltar por encima. Un escritorio sin sentido al pie de la ventana. Estaba pegado a la cama y no se podía una sentar en la silla. La luz del techo no alcanzaba a iluminar de tiro del armario y había que manipular a tientas. El baño otra pulga sin espacio para colocar las cosas. En definitiva el mobiliario estaba mal dimensionado. Para mí, estas habitaciones del bajo no son propias de un cuatro estrellas, sino tipo hostal. Por sacar rendimiento del más mínimo espacio sientan un mal precedente de hospedaje cara al cliente. Por qué no contestaron mi petición como suelen hacer todos los alojamientos de que había otro tipo de cuartos que se ajustaban a mi necesidad pagando más por ello? Todo demasiado frío sin trato humano. Recepción ausente y de difícil acceso. Un tipo B&B más que un hotel realmente.

Perfect location, immaculate and stylish accomodation. Would definately return.

Very stylish decor throughout whilst retaining the original features of the building. Very helpful staff. Perfect location only a few minutes from the main square.
