A wonderful place to stay and I will be back - I also recommend highly to everyone visiting the area.

Everything was wonderful - exceptionally clean and thoughtful for guest comfort (lots of little touches) The room’s decor was restful and bathroom immaculate.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway

Loved the decor, the cleanliness, the warmth, the hassle free checking in, the bottle of milk, the super comfy large bed, and perfectly positioned for short walk into city center...

Perfect place, thanks!

Fantastic location and extremely clean! Our room was en suite with a well equipped kitchenette. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone

Slight bit of road noise in the morning but nothing that bothered us that much.

Stunning room. We only stayed for a night but could have stayed for a week.

The room was huge. Very clean with a huge, comfy bed. Great amenities including large TV, tea/coffee, sofa, table & chairs and a well equipped kitchen. The décor was incredible and suited the room so well. Perfect location right in the middle of town.

Our room was on the top floor. No issues for us, but maybe an issue for others who struggle with stairs. However, there are ground floor rooms.

Great Hop house

Great location and a really nice room. Directions spot on and even got a traffic update on day of travel. Easy parking at the front Door and handy for food, pubs and sightseeing spot on really enjoyed the stay.

Top class property with great amenities.

The location could not have been better to visit Worcester City, this being only a few minutes walk away. Parking was across the road from the property and was very easy.

Great place to stay

newly renovated, beautifully done. No breakfast but each room has a kitchenette and coffee machine, and there's a charming roof garden. Right in the city centre but a car park opposite

Would definitely stay again and recommend to a couple wanting to visit Worcester

Great location with parking opposite £6.50 for 24 hours. The building is beautiful inside and check in was fine. The Cascade room was spotless and very comfortable bed. Great bathroom

location so easy to book in lovely area to sit out literaly round the corner from the railway station

Perfect, exceeded expectations.

The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Check-in details were clear and could be adapted to suit our schedule. The room was spacious, well-designed with modern and elegant fixtures, and most importantly the bed was really comfy.

The only thing I’d suggest is blackout blinds as the curtains let a lot of morning light through.

Lovely, comfortable, great value. Would dfinitely stay again.

The location was excellent, parking available opposite in a SIP, reasonable price. Excellent bed and linen, so comfortable. Everything you need for a short stay with the kitchenette. The use of a roof terrace makes it special.

Some better instructions for the oven/microwave.

Cosy, great location and gorgeous room. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service from the start, allowing us into the room before check in time. The room was amazing. The bed was incredible comfy as was the duvet and pillows etc. The room was large and well equipped with the kitchen. The bathroom was lovely, with an amazing shower. Decor was flawless. Towels provided were so soft. Location was brilliant. The front door of the building was big and sturdy, we felt very safe and comfortable. We really couldn’t fault this stay at all. Overall, really great value. We will definitely will be staying here again if visiting Worcester.

Luxurious room in very attractive old house in the centre of Worcester

The Hop Merchant's House is very central to the City . We had the family room at the top of the building. It was beautifully furnished and fitted out . The bathroom and gorgeous shower were finished to the highest quality and there was also a kitchenette which we only used for making coffee. We loved the fresh milk provided in the refrigerator of the kitchen. The king sized bed was very comfortable.

Very little . We were intending to use the sofa bed and probably should have thought to ask for sheets and bedding for it .
