The Space
Just like the neighborhood in which it is located, our studio is filled with comfort and in a safe, modern and secure building. Enjoy the view of Millionaire Row along with the modern amenities included in the space - a kitchen fully stocked with all the necessities to prepare your own meal, a huge shower to wash away the sweat from a night dancing at a local venue, and a comfortable bed to recover from the excitement you are sure to experience during your stay.
The entire space is yours too (respectfully) enjoy. Furnished Rooftop deck with amazing city and mountains views.
Interaction via Airbnb messaging platform is welcomed and encouraged for recommendations and any potential issues needing immediate attention or resolution. We'll provide quick responses to address.
You will be staying in an apartment, which means - NEIGHBORS. We ask that you be as mindful of others in our space as I am sure you are in your own. We expect the same respect for all common areas - try not to be disruptive to the other residents and please clean up after yourself. This is Capitol Hill, parking is hard to come by.
