As advertised well appointed and great location when visiting the area. Owners are great hosts and provided effortless check in/out as well as offered any assistance we might require.

For the price is a good apartment. It’s an attic located on the 5th floor with no elevator, nor air conditioning which we knew before we rented. My wife and the kids had to go to a hotel after the first week, because they could not handle the 5 floor walk up and down, and the hot apartment. Good location.
The owner responds very quickly and helpful.

The flat is compact but has room for 4 travellers although tall people may have difficulty fitting in the bedrooms as the ceiling is quite low. There is a washing machine but drying facilities consist of a line accessed via the bathroom window and there are no pegs so we had to try and dry things in the flat. Most items are there but a way to boil water for tea would have been appreciated- there were coffee pots etc.
The position is excellent- just a short walk to the cathedral and the old town and restaurants and a couple of minutes to the supermarket and bus station. We explored the area around Burgos as we had a car and enjoyed the old town immensely
