The mas "La Glycine" welcomes you all year round.
Located in La Sarrazine (Berrias and Casteljau), a charming hamlet surrounded by vineyards and olive groves (approx. 10 km from Les Vans and 20 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc and Ruoms).
This gîte is ideally located in southern Ardèche, halfway between the Ardèche gorges and the Cévennes (Les Vans).
Typical Ardèche stone house with private swimming pool. You'll appreciate the calm, comfort and charm of this beautiful stone house, built on a vaulted cellar, restored in 2015/2016 and fully equipped.

Sleeps 10 people, and can accommodate up to 12.
*Garden level: 1 independent bedroom with summer kitchen in a pretty stone vaulted room (open from April to end October, or outside this period on request at extra cost).
*Level 1: fully-equipped kitchen/dining room (oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle), living room with flat-screen TV, 2 sofas (1 convertible), hi-fi system and DVD player, bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom with shower and toilet.
*Level 2: 2 large bedrooms (each with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm)), shower room, separate WC.
All bedding is new, and bedrooms are fitted with storage space.
*A lovely enclosed courtyard with an equipped terrace (garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue) shaded by wisteria.

Numerous leisure activities for nature and sports enthusiasts (canoeing, hiking, climbing, horseback riding, mountain biking, caving...), and great swimming (only 7 km away).
Direct access to a greenway 100 m from the gîte.
