Our well-appointed kitchen comes fully equipped, offering a seamless culinary experience, complete with a dining area to savor your meals. You'll find all the essentials, including an Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, and Coffee Machine. Plus, we've thoughtfully stocked basic cooking supplies like oil, salt, and pepper for your convenience, ensuring your culinary adventures during your stay are effortless.
The living room exudes brightness and a refreshing ambiance, providing cozy seating arrangements and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment needs. The apartment boasts two contemporary bathrooms, each featuring tastefully tiled showers, Bidet Toilets, and Heated Towel Rails. Well appointed place, easy walking distance to the city centre.

We had been traveling with a motorhome around the southern island. For our last couple of days before we would leave Christchurch we stayed in this home. And it was perfect for our family with two kids of 2 and 4. It is walking distance from the Centre and the home provide everything you need. Perfect!

Beautiful apartment, really enjoyed relaxing there after a day of activities.
The ONLY downside apart from the lack of parking lol, was I had dropped a can of hairspray that rolled under the bed. When I retrieved it, I also found alot of rubbish from what I assume was from previous guests. I disposed of it, no big deal. But if you're paying cleaners, I would be expecting them to double check little things like that. But otherwise the cleanliness was fantastic
