About this house rental
Located in a quiet, wooded, Old Tahoe residential area, this home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Only a few minutes walk to a lovely local beach, 3 minutes to larger Kings Beach and a short drive to 10+ North Tahoe ski/boarding resorts and cross-country ski areas. Relax in the Great Room with the gas fireplace and enjoy the newly renovated kitchen with top of the line appliances.
Upstairs: The Great Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom with bathroom.
Downstairs: 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. 2 rooms each have a Queen bed and 1 room has 2 sets of bunk beds.
PLEASE NOTE: The furthest bedroom is accessed through the bunk room.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with easy access to the outside deck with a gas grill and a wood slab table that overlooks the garden. The landscaped garden has a comfortable outdoor sofa and a large new hot tub.
This recently completely remodeled home has been an area favorite for 15 years. Recently with new representation, we have lost the ability to list over 100 5 star reviews, but rest assured you'll have a 5 star experience as MG rental agency has hundreds of perfect reviews
***Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures and weather conditions.

After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protects our home from guest damages.
MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.
If you have an electric vehicle we provide an EV charging station. Must bring your own charging cable!!!
PLEASE NOTE: This home does not have AC. This is common for most Tahoe homes. There are ceiling fans upstairs and portable fans in each guest room.
