The kitchen features Luxury inset cabinets, counters, O'Keefe and Meritt vintage range with double ovens. The bathroom features state of the art Jason MicroSilk tub for those who want to "spa" and experience rejuvenated skin. Nob Hill Foods is 1/2 block away, the waterfront & Park St. shopping district are walking dist.
The space
Nestled in an historic section of Alameda, the Luxury Spa, Designer Victorian Guest Suite is a sparkling gem and a very cozy sanctuary. The newly-renovated space is filled with light, charm, and great character. Everything is brand new in this house that happens to be 127 years old. The kitchen is a chef's dream, and is fully equipped for all occasions. Luxury linens, fine art, a full-size hydrotherapy tub and a Euro style energy efficient washer and dryer are among the top-level features of this remarkable space. If you're looking for a vintage modern getaway with a sweet vibe in a beautiful setting, please come and stay at the Luxury Spa in the Designer Victorian Guest Suite. We promise to make your time here comfortable, convenient and memorable.

The Tub is a a must! 20 minutes soaking in the patented MICRO SILK oxygenated water will transform your skin!
Chroma therapy will relax your mind, you get to choose the LED color. The beauty of the custom tile soothe your senses.
The kitchen faucet dispenses freshly filtered water. Don't waste money/plastic on buying bottled water. Water purification system notes are located in the house manual.
For bath haters: NO Shower stall hand. Euro hand held shower wand ONLY.
East West exposure: For those who love to watch the sunrise, the suite is positioned perfectly, and as the sun sets the bedroom and living room fill with the afternoon glow. Such a cozy place with 2 gas fireplaces , one in the living room and one in the bedroom.
Enjoy a 15 minute walk to the beach where the shallow waters bring shore birds of all kinds. Walk down the beach just one block and that puts you on the main street ( Park Street ) where you can leisurely stroll down where most of the restaurants and shops are without the hassle of parking.
Southshore shopping center has nice shops to browse and then enjoy a lovely authentic Italian dinner at Trabocco with Chef Giuseppi Naccarelli.
