New in 2022, this family-friendly home is just now being offered for selective vacation rental. With over 3200 square feet spread across 3 levels and a heated 2-car garage, there is plenty of room to spread out and relax, with thoughtful spaces inside and out for every need. The expansive open main level features floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over Winter Park Resort for jaw-dropping views that never cease to amaze. The gourmet chef’s kitchen features premium Jenn-Aire appliances and is well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy an at-home feast. The dining table and island bar collectively seat up to 14 people. If you’re mixing business and pleasure, an executive desk with Frame TV / monitor provides a home office experience with unparalleled window views. The middle level features 2 primary King bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a Den / Bunk Room for hanging out or playing games. The mid-level private deck off the Den and Master Bedroom features a 7-person luxury hot tub overlooking the slopes. The lower level includes another 2 Queen bedrooms, large bathroom, office workspace, and a Family Room with large sofa sectional and 77” LG OLED TV for some great movie nights. Smart HD TV’s, Sonos sound systems, Apple TV’s and HomePods throughout the home keep you effortlessly connected and entertained.
Right across the road from Winter Park Resort, be the first to experience the fresh snow conditions every morning and watch those taking their final run down the mountain in the afternoon. With the free resort shuttle just 2 blocks away, you’ll be riding up the gondola within minutes. The quaint town of Winter Park is a quick 5 minute drive away, offering numerous restaurants, bars, shopping, and activities. World class Nordic skiing at Devil’s Thumb Resort or Snow Mountain Ranch, sledding in Fraser, hiking, golfing, boating, and fly fishing are all available within 20 minutes, and the Grand Lake entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is only 45 minutes away. Come summer time, you are in the epicenter of mountain biking heaven with over 600 miles of trails and the nation’s best in Trestle Bike Park. NOTE: As with most homes at this altitude, there is no A/C as the home is naturally cooled by the mountain-fresh air. NOTE: This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so no loud parties or after-hours activities out of respect to our neighbors.
