Upstairs, the master bedroom has a sense of calm with its neutral tones and sea views. After a day exploring you’ll be ready to sink into the king size bed and drift off to sleep. The second double bedroom is quietly located at the rear and next to it is the luxury shower room with its rainfall shower.
LOCATION
Mousehole is Cornwall at its absolute best and it’s obvious as to why the iconic fishing village is such a popular location. Its origins date back as far as the 12th century when it was the main fishing port in Mounts Bay, and much of its old-world charm has remained. You can feel the history when you stroll around its higgledy-piggledy lanes.
The village hugs the coastline and is protected by Raginnis Hill, making it a real suntrap to soak up the Cornish sun. Mousehole is also a foodie hot-spot, with a good selection of restaurants, cafes, two delis, and the working harbour of Newlyn being in easy reach. Mousehole harbour lights are perhaps the most famous attraction, when hundreds of people each year come to see the village illuminated by Christmas lights. Choose to make the most of the walks and places to visit within walking distance or use as a base to explore from and retreat back to. With so much within a half an hour drive you can really enjoy the best of the far west of Cornwall.
LIVING
The entrance porch has boot and coat storage with an internal door through to the open plan living space. The central hub of the home with its wonderful blend of comfort and style offers plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day of activities on the comfortable sofa and armchair under the window. Gather everyone together for a movie night on the large Smart TV or just to reminisce on the day's adventures.
COOKING & EATING
The fabulous kitchen is open-plan to the living space and has everything to cater for your culinary needs. It's finished to a high standard with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, integrated under-the-counter fridge with freezer compartment, a slim integrated dishwasher and combi washer/dryer. There’s a small dining table with three chairs, perfect for those nights you want to eat in.
