The space
This stylish and beautifully presented Edwardian home has space in abundance for guests to enjoy and relax in. The property is beautifully arranged over 3 floors, offering 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 large bath and shower rooms, a large open-plan living and dining area and a south facing garden space with a landscaped patio area.
Situated in Woodthorpe, guests will find they are right next to a number of shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as the beautiful Woodthorpe Park. Links in and out of the city from this location are perfect and Nottingham City Hospital is just around the corner.

Guest access
The guest will have access to the entire property, which includes five rooms, 2 bathrooms and a WC, an open-plan living room, a kitchen and dining room, private outdoor garden with a patio.
The space is large enough to accommodate up to 10 adults comfortably. This would be a great place to relax and spend time with family while enjoying the wonderful experience of the private back garden.

Standard check-in time is 3.00 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11.00 am.
Please note, strictly no parties or loud music, any rule breaking a £250.00 fee will apply.
Please note that a fee of £100.00 will be charged for lost keys or keys left inside the property, please be careful with them.
The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and soap.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
