Welcome to The Carriage House! Enjoy four beautiful bedrooms, all with double beds, and a fully equipped modern kitchen! A unique stay in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, situated on a charming cobbled street close to Liverpool's famous Cathedral and Philharmonic Hall. A homely base for those looking to enjoy our wonderful city!
The Space:
Our family-friendly Carriage House boasts four bedrooms, with 6 double beds, and a further two sofa beds in the living room area, comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests!
With plush grey carpets in bedrooms and lounge with laminate flooring everywhere else.
Perfect for home-cooked meals, our house features a built-in kitchen with all the essentials including a fridge, oven, hob. The kitchen comes with everything you need to dine in, with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, and glassware. We also have a Nespresso coffee machine for coffee lovers, Smart TV in the dining area with a large table - perfect for a family with sociable seating.
Guest Access:
Our guests have access to all areas of the house & do not share the space with anyone else.
The Neighborhood:
This house is located in the heart of the city, with stunning views of the famous St Luke's Church. St Luke's Church, know locally as 'The Bombed Out Church' plays host to frequent events such as open air cinemas, beer festivals, and more! Situated at the top of the bustling Bold Street with an abundance of Liverpool's hottest food spots just minutes away.
The Roscoe pub at the end of the road and a 5 minute walk to the Philharmonic Hall. With no shortage of shops, bars & restaurants at Liverpool One, a five minute walk away.
Getting Around:
You're in the heart of the city here! It's just a 10 minute stroll to the Liverpool Central station which links to the Lime Street & Wirral lines.
You're 15-20 minutes walk from Paradise St, the main bus & coach terminal too.
Hanover Street, just at the end of the road from the apartment always has plenty of taxis too.
Other Things to Note:
We host hen and stag parties in this property.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 4 minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"
