This was the noisiest room I’ve ever stayed in. I booked the best available studio expecting comfort and space, but it turned out to be the loudest accommodation I’ve experienced. The room was located on a corner and faced the main street, with no soundproofing whatsoever. When I first entered, I assumed the windows were open because the street noise was so loud, but to my surprise, they were all closed. It was shocking! Unless you can get a room without windows, I strongly advise against staying here due to the excessive noise. To make matters worse, when I contacted the staff to request a room change, they didn’t even respond to my message. No one made any effort to accommodate my request

Too noisy to sleep

The room itself was clean it had everything we needed as a one night stop

The noise through the wall made it sound like we were trying sleep on a plane! We had to get ear plugs and sleep with the pillow on our heads to block out the noise. We had no contact with staff when I tried phoning and texting about this issue, the towels smelt stale.

Hotel appartement idéal! Quartier super, plein de snak et restau au alentours. L'appartement est magnifique, propre, télé connecter. Et la responsable est très a l'écoute, réactif et efficace !

Exceptional quality and service

Everything was exactly as pictured and even better. Super clean, warm, and comfortable. Fresh towels every day. Felt safe, and additional requests were responded to quickly.

The distance from Central london, however, the price and facilities made up for that, which I was so grateful for. Couldn't fault the place for anything else.

Absolut nicht ruhig und Familiengeeignet! Meidet wenn möglich dies Unterkunft!!!

Die kleine Küche, wo man sich selbst verpflegen konnte. Das Bett war sehr klein aber bequem. Die gut zu erreichende Bahnstation.

Wo fängt man an? Die Wegbeschreibung, wie man zum Hotel findet ist katastrophal. Merke Nr. 268 ist gleich 266. und die Unterkunft liegt in der Herbert Road. Nach langer Suche, dann die Beschreibung Zimmerkarte. Beschreibung von Box 4 hat nicht existiert. Man wurde vom Vermieter noch dumm angemacht am Telefon. Wer eine ruhige Unterkunft mit freundlicher Betreuung sucht , wird hier leider nicht fündig! Es ist zwar alles „neu, aber sehr schlampig gemacht. Komplett merkwürdige Konstruktion der Zimmer. In der Wand links Zimmer G01 war eine Lüftung, ein lautes etwas oder was auch immer verbaut, was dauerhaft Tinitus verursacht. Es war unerträglich dieses Dauergeräusch. Mein Kind ist nicht empfindlich, aber hat dann auch nur noch geweint, weil es nicht schlafen konnte. Es wurde uns ein anderes geräuschloses Zimmer angeboten, oder Auszug ohne Geld zurück. (Frechheit)Wir haben G03 bekommen. Cholera oder Pest!!! Nun wird es noch schlimmer. Das Zimmerfenster ist Richtung Straße und es ist direkt greifbar für Passanten. „Man hat das Gefühl, Autos, Busse und Passanten sitzen oder fahren, neben dem Bett“. Jetzt kommt der Bonus! Letzte Nacht, hat ein Handwerker 2:35 Uhr angefangen (das ist kein Witz!!!!) Das Treppenhaus und die oberen Zimmer weiter auszubauen. Den Lärm kann man sich vielleicht vorstellen. Leider habe ich noch nie solche schlaflosen Nächte erlebt. Der Vermieter ist ignorant und nicht vor Ort. Der Handwerker hat mich früh auch noch voll gemotzt, dass er arbeiten kann, wann immer er will. Man hat keine Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Das Geld wird eingestrichen, aber sich um nichts gekümmert. Sehr schade! Hier wurde gezeigt, das man sich von „neu aussehenden“Unterkünften nicht täuschen lassen soll. Bitte meidet das Hotel. Investiert lieber Geld für andere Unterkünfte. Hier hat man keine schöne Zeit und muss noch jeden Tag mit der Bahn 25min in die Stadt fahren. Schade das vieles schönes der Unterkunft durch eine Lawine anderer Dinge kaputt gemacht wurden!

Bad management and misleading information on listing

1. When I arrived the fridge did not work. They fixed it the next day, however, I had to throw away the cheese I had with me. 2. The blinds did not work. I informed them the second day but they did not fix them. 3. The room did not have any cups I had to ask for them. Also did not have glasses, kitchen towel etc. 4. In the photos of the listing it is shown they provide coffee and tea but nothing. 5. The listing did not write anything that the room is semi-basement. When you enter the building it is ground floor but not the room I was given that was at the back of the building. 6. The listing shows large windows. However, the room had only a small skylight, as a result there was no natural light, no fresh air and I did not feel safe because there was no emergency exit. 7. The third day the keycard did not work. They blamed me - instead of apologising - because I made a last minute booking. If they do not like last minute bookings they should not accept them. Also, in my case I had already stayed for two days and if there was a problem with my keycard they could fix it early. I had to make international calls not only the property but also booking.com because they do not reply at calls. There are several other problems I could write but there is no reason.
