- The pool and spa can be heated for a daily fee of USD $100, or just the spa for $45/day, with a 3-night minimum. Please let our team know if you would like to add this at least 24 hours in advance.
- Stays of 30 nights or longer are managed by P.S. Platinum Property Management, Inc. (DRE 02215202) and are subject to additional lease terms.
- Maximum occupancy of 3, sleeps 2 people in beds (1 King bed)
- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties.
- Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced. Please make sure that you are comfortable with these policies before renting with P.S. Platinum Vacation Rentals.
