A large fenced in backyard provides a fun green space for lawn games as well as room for your pets to play! For those who would like to keep touch with work while traveling, the entire property is covered by Business Grade, High Speed WiFi that delivers fast and secure internet connectivity. For those guests who are early to bed or staying with kids, the sleeping arrangements are a perfect setup. Room Darkening Curtains in Three Quiet Bedrooms are available. This layout leaves all the community spaces, yard, and patio available for entertaining into the evening. There is a lockbox to the right of the front door for easy and secure self check in. Our guests have access to every room in the house and to the fenced-in back yard. There is ample parking in the 2 car driveway and 2 car garage. Free street parking is also available. This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off the main access freeways to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 5 min away and numerous restaurants in the surrounding area. Coors Field, Pepsi Center, Empower Field, Downtown Denver, Meow Wolf, and Sloan's Lake are all about 20 minutes away. The Denver International Airport and the city of Boulder are about 30 minutes from the house. Red Rocks Amphitheater is about 15 minutes away and Keystone Ski Resort is just under 90 minutes away. Rideshare is available throughout the Denver metro area. We will send a house guide prior to your arrival that also shares recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Please note: Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 8am. The home is in a residential area and we ask that you please respect our neighbors. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the house. We will charge up to $1000 for indoor smoking. Our guests are welcome to smoke outside. Please ensure you are following the quiet hours from 10pm - 7am.
