This property has deep water dockage just steps away from your front door. World renowned fishing accessible in minutes. The waters off shore are teaming with sailfish, tuna, mahi mahi, wahoo, grouper, snapper and many other sought after fish for sport or making a scrumptious dinner. The full service “Cudjoe Gardens Marina” is located within the community for your convenience and all of your boating needs. The Bent Prop Bar and Grill within the marina is an eclectic waterfront restaurant that offers indoor and outdoor dining while overlooking the scenic harbor. Key West and Marathon are just short drives away. Unwind in the comfort of your spacious living room, where you can enjoy spectacular ocean views or watch a favorite movie on the 80” Samsung Smart TV. Your well appointed kitchen has everything needed to craft your own culinary creations. The four bedrooms have been meticulously decorated for your relaxation. Indulge in leisurely moments by the beautiful new in-ground pool while basking in the sun’s warmth. Sipping cocktails in the luxurious hot tub or under the alluring Tiki Hut is a must. COCOLOCO has bicycles available to cruise the island and kayaks that can be launched right from the backyard sandy beach. Bring up to two friendly well behaved dogs. Sorry no cats please. There is a total pet fee of a mere $150.00 for the length of your stay.
