The holiday home is in a quiet location in the old town center of the seaside resort of Lubmin (approx. 200m from the beach) and has tasteful furnishings in Scandinavian style. The living room with fireplace invites you to spend cozy hours. Four individual bedrooms with a total of 10 beds, a dining room, two bathrooms, a sauna, two terraces (west and east sides) and a well-equipped kitchen will delight you. At the entrance to the property there is a garage and 2 additional parking spaces! The fenced, meadow-rich garden plot with fruit trees and flowers leaves enough space for individual use.
