Boasting the very best of San Diego, this gorgeous home is within quick driving distance of the world-famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World, downtown, and California's beaches! You won't have to go very far to indulge in an entertaining afternoon as just outside, you'll have access to a 10ft in-ground saltwater pool. This quiet outdoor oasis is surrounded by a lemon, fig, and orange tree and also boasts a large gas firepit, a Blackstone griddle grill, an extensive Baja bench, yard games, and an outdoor projector.
Inside, continue to curate fantastic memories amidst the living room's foosball table, shuffleboard, massage chair, and large smart TV. Ensuring that there is more than enough room for everyone, there is a second living room with an oversized sofa and a second TV. Steps from here, the fully equipped kitchen presents stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space.
Perfect for a multi-family stay or a large friend getaway, the home boasts four sizable bedrooms all cooled by central air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The interior amenities don't end there though! Also inside, enjoy having access to a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The gas fireplaces are not available for guest use.
This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are 3 exterior cameras. 1 doorbell camera, 1 on the side of the house, and 1 on the back of the house.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 95 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
