Centrally located private apartment with fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and free parking. Quirky 3-bed Georgian apartment (1810), perfect for exploring Plymouth’s history, coastal walks, wildlife, and enjoying local cuisine and ales. Experience the charm of old Plymouth while enjoying the amenities of the new city.

A spacious 3 bed apartment, in Plymouth (900sq ft). with private entrance and a spacious living area. It will accommodate up to 3 SINGLES or 2 COUPLES + 1 SINGLE (in one party), in the 3 lovely double rooms….contact for further details.

You are paying for the first 3 guests for the basic price. Please enter the correct number of guests when you book! Not ideal for infants or children.

We offer you plenty of room to cook and relax in style. Sash windows throughout, with original pine features in two of the bedrooms. A pair of new modern sofas, coffee table, 4K Smart TV.

Gas central heating, and many period details throughout.
A practical kitchen area with oak block worktops, and breakfast bar. With fridge/freezer, gas hob, fan oven. Eco washer and condenser dryer.

A welcome pack with basic toiletries, kitchen towel and dishing washing liquid will be provided, as well as a decent high-powered 'no frizz' hair drier, & fluffy, good quality towels for all the guests.

Bed 1: good size Double Bedroom, with cream wooden bedstead. Cotton bedding, full size original pine hand made shutters.
Bed 2: Funky retro stylish room with slate fireplace and westerly sun.
Bed 3: Cosy traditional room for relaxing in. Warm decor and nice linens.

Tiled family bathroom and toilet, glass shower screen, with shower over bath.

Communal front garden, in season, with an old walnut tree.

There are three other fine apartments in this building. It is safe and secure. There are fire and smoke alarms throughout the building.

There are several wide, open steps, up to the front of the house. Once inside, the apartment is located on the ground floor, so there are no further stairs.

Self check-in with lockbox

Sadly, we are unable to accommodate wheelchair users due to the stairs at the entrance of this Grade II listed property. However, individuals with other mobility challenges may find the property suitable as it is located on the ground floor, once one has navigated the stairs to enter the property.
