Just a 5-minute walk from one of the most popular beaches in the Golfo Aranci, this charming duplex for 6 makes an ideal base for a relaxing beach holiday, or from which to explore Sardinia and the glamorous Costa Smeralda.
The raised ground-floor terrace looks out over trees to the blue sea of the Golfo Aranci. The terrace is partly shaded and furnished with sofas and armchairs, making it the ideal setting for sun-downers or a morning cup of coffee.
French windows lead from the balcony into the kitchen/dining area. The fitted kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. The dining table can seat 6 people. There is a large corner sofa and a flat-screen TV on the other side of the room, making a comfortable seating area.

Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is downstairs and has two single beds, a wardrobe and doors out to a small terrace.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

There are two stylishly tiled bathrooms. Both have a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
The apartment is just a 450m walk from Baia Caddinas beach, with its pristine white sands and clear sea. The property offers guests all the amenities of Golfo Aranci, from the weekly market (Monday) in the town centre, to supermarkets and great restaurants.
The exclusive resort of Porto Rotondo, which is on the southern tip of the Costa Smeralda, is a 15-minute drive. Here visitors will find excellent restaurants, with vibrant bars and nightclubs. Every summer the town hosts the “Porto Rotondo in Fiera” craft market (Wednesday) where you can find the best of local artisanal products.
The island of Tavolara is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king.
Olbia airport is a 25-minute drive.
