Nice lobby and updated room furnishings. The WiFi was terrible - could not conduct my business meeting over Zoom from my room despite the front desk agent resetting the router. The mattress was thin & hard and the pillows were very flat. We asked for extra pillows which helped a bit. Overall, the hotel was very clean & updated, which was good.

We liked the pool, hot tub, and sauna a lot and they were one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were also really clean and the hotel was quiet at night. The breakfast was great and they have a waffle machine and the staff are friendly. The only problem was that the Ben and Jerry’s machine that gives you ice cream didn’t work very well. It still gave 1 of us their ice cream but the machine couldn’t seem to get the second one out. It did give us our money back and it wasn’t really a big deal.

The customer service was amazing. The front desk clerks and manager helped me with my mom. She's wheelchair bound they helped me with getting a table to eat on. They were so accommodating and just truly amazing.

Dated HoJo with standard hotel breakfast and nice pool. Room average size was clean and comfortable. Moderate parking lot noise thru the evening hours. Limited dining options in the area Not within walking distance to Newport attractions. Despite its shortcomings, more than adequate for a short stay near Newport at a decent price

We had an issue with the tub drain not holding, (wife prefers bath to shower). Called desk and they rectifed quickly, and even moved our luggage to a new room. Breakfast was nice. Overall a very pleasant stay. Not sure if we'll return to newport, but if we do we'd definitely stay here again.

Everything was great , the only thing that we would recommend ,is a better breakfast , eggs and sausage [cold] ran out of O.J. Staff where Outstanding .
