Moderately clean. The lights clicked off 3 times. Each time clicked back on after 3-5 minutes. No room service. I’ll not stay here again.

We had a room with a door that connect to the room next to us. There was zero sound barrier. The guest next door was talking and watching tv late into the night. It was if there was no door at all. We had to switch rooms at 2 AM.

Room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately they control room temperature and we could not lower the temperature beyond 68. Wr like to sleep at 58 degrees so room was too hot for good sleep. They also have a block on volume so we had a difficult time hearing tv. Limited amenities in room. Paper cups for coffee:(

The room we had was super noisy, some type of fan was running, and it wasn't the heater in the room, it was a loud super hum. I asked if we could be moved to another , the noise in the room that there was no way we could sleep in the room--they said they had no other rooms, so we were stuck with a noisy room, had to get up early for a flight so no rest. The small little bar/restaurant they have on site was good. I might stay again, but not in room 320!

It was very nice! The only complaint is that the power source on the nightstand kept going in and out. My husband uses a CPAP and it would set off an alarm every time the power went out, which was very often throughout the night.

This is a nice property. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was not friendly and welcoming. Upon check-in, questions were answered in terse, single words. When asking about a refund of the pre-paid breakfast (since they didn't start serving until after we had to be at the airport), the staff was unsympathetic and unhelpful.

Airport shuttle pick up was inconsistent. We waited for over an hour and watched a driver just go right passed us and another driver tried to tell us he couldn’t take us. When I tried to call the hotel(several times) to get info on the shuttle, my calls went to voicemail and nobody returned my call.

My husband and I were there for a two day business trip. We were pleasantly surprised by the service from the front desk staff and bistro staff, so helpful. Our room was cozy and comfortable, just the right size for two. We went with the two queens option just so we could have our own beds. Airport noise was minimal. The curtains were blackout enough for us to retire early and not have to worry about the lighting in the evening or early am. The shower had decent pressure and the hot water lasted a long time. Unfortunately there is no bathroom fan to defuse the steam or filter out morning smells but we brought febreze and that seemed to do the trick. Safe parking for peace of mind is $20 a day plus tax, well worth it, parking is under the hotel. We would highly recommend staying here if passing through SeaTac. We would stay here again if business calls for it.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable too! Starbucks being available was a plus and the gym ! Will stay here again !

The room was very nice. Comfortable bed and friendly service. I would stay away from pre buying breakfast. You only get two choices although the breakfast sandwich was very good. As someone who cannot have caffeine, they did not offer decaf in the breakfast area. Overall a positive experience.
