Bedrooms: The spacious Master Bedroom, complete with a wardrobe and en suite, is privately situated on the top level. A double bedroom is located on the same level as the living room, while two additional bedrooms on the lower level offer direct access to the outdoor area.

(Splitting into 2 king singles is available on request; a $60 surcharge applies.)

• Entertainment area Queen Sofa bed & TV
★ Note: The sofa bed is in the Entertainment area which is also available for the extra guest/s or it can be made up on request.
Bedding is $30 extra per person nightly.
Noise Monitoring System:
- All of our properties are equipped with a noise monitoring system that continuously tracks noise levels (without recording audio/conversations) and promptly alerts the property manager if noise exceeds permissible limits.
- This system assesses decibel levels across the property, solely focusing on sound intensity without recording or eavesdropping, ensuring no collection, storage, or sharing of personal data occurs.
Quiet hours 10pm-8am. We do not accept bookings for parties or functions.
