This stay was amazing! We were here for parents’ weekend at Pitt and were so thrilled with our experience at The Landing Hotel. Everything was so clean, beautifully appointed and comfortable. The huge windows with a view of Acrisure Stadium was a bonus. The front desk was so personable and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

Overall good experience for first time guest. Parking via the free valet was easy. Check In was quick and staff courteous. They always had plenty of staff at check in desk so very little wait there. Room was very nice and clean, loved the robe in the closet. River view was calming, might have enjoyed the city view more, the occasional train on opposite side of the river was not overly loud. Wide selection of TV channels, tv seemed small for the decor of room. Got a great room rate on the app so very pleased with that. Made use of the river trail for a morning walk, no concerns with safety noted. Stayed on a Tuesday night so take note that some of the casino restaurants are not open, failed to notice that when preparing a dinner choice. Hotel breakfast was standard fare for budget friendly place- pre-made egg omelet, turkey sausage, French toast, tater tots, oatmeal etc. The hot items didn’t maintain their freshness well on the steam table. Coffee was good though. Fitness center had a variety of equipment. One elevator operational was a bit slow, but once I found the stairs, never used again, benefit of being only on second floor. Had some noisy upstairs neighbors until 0200, seems I could hear some via the a/c ductwork, interesting. But as I had planned to watch election coverage late into the night was not a big deal. Overall, had a great first visit.

Really clean and brand new hotel connected directly to the casino. You can tell everything is new and the room felt like it had been thoroughly cleaned. Decent front desk service, but the main draw of this hotel is bring near the casino. May need to look elsewhere for restaurants as the casino restaurants are not that good.

I loved this hotel! Location - ideally situated on the north shore with river views and clise proximity to Acrisure Stadium. Rooms - modern with great little touches like a night light on the floor in the bathroom that activates when door is opened so you dont have to turn on a bright light in the middle if the night. Breakfast buffet - included in our stay. Woaw - hearty items like eggs, bacon, ham, biscuits & gravy, breads, fruits, yogurt, pastries, etc. Customer service - they treat you like you are staying at the Ritz Carlton. Made to feel welcome! I would book again and again when visiting Pittsburgh!

I stay at the hotel with my friend because we were going to a concert. The staff was friendly. The room was nice. The breakfast buffet was good. The only issue I had was with the shower in our room. Everything else was clean except the shower. Parts of it look like it hadn’t been clean in months. I don’t know how that went overlooked. It was gross.

The Landing Hotel was the perfect place to stay in Pittsburgh. We walked along the river to Southern Tier and Tom's Watch Bar and returned to the hotel to enjoy the casino. Great location and the hotel is very clean

I thought the hotel was great and convenient was great as well. The employees were very helpful, kind, and the service was great. I loved choices of breakfast you had. The big thing so thought was an inconvenience was I had a charge put my credit card and zi want to remind you that everything was paid for thru Hotel.com. That’s wasn’t fine with me. The overall experience was great and I would back again without the hold. Thanks for asking me.

It was a nice hotel accept there was smoking in the front of the hotel. That was awful. Then we got to our floor there were dirty wrags on floor in the hall. That staff were really nice. The breakfast was okay but the food could have been better. Prices at the fine restaurants were way too high. The sandwich shop has great food.

Second year in a row we have stayed here to attend a Buffalo Bills/Pittsburgh Steelers game and can’t say enough about the facility! One of the nicer casino/hotels we’ve stayed in!

The hotel was beautiful but there was no coffee maker in the room. You had to go to the front desk for coffee and there was coffee spilled on the floor, in the elevator and the carpets on the room floors Their breakfast was one of the worst I have ever had. Eggs were runny, sausage was rubbery and hash browns were gummy and inedible. I could not eat any of it.

Nice place to stay if you are visiting the casino or childless . Not great for kids. No restaurant options except the restaurant in casino with strange hours & also no children allowed in so doordash was our best friend for dinner . Not walkable to much with young kids except science center and football field . Free breakfast was nice .
