This 3,000-square-foot residence has three levels with plenty of space to enjoy. The main level boasts an open, lavish living room with sprawling doors leading out to the private patio with a brand-new grill. The modern living room furniture adds a pop of color and comfort to relax next to the serene gas fireplace. Watch the snow fall graciously outside and enjoy a glass from the well-appointed wet bar and wine cooler. The kitchen is a gourmet chef's dream, including a Wolf six-burner gas stovetop, oven and convection microwave, Calphalon cookware, Cuisinart appliances, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Holly Hunt designed the magnificent dining table that seats eight, with more seating available at the breakfast bar. The wireless one-touch Sonos audio system allows music to be heard throughout the home using RTI universal remote controls.
Take a stroll through the three bedrooms and four and a half baths of this home. The primary suite features a king-size bed complete with two private patios and an en-suite marble bathroom with a steam shower, a separate Jacuzzi tub, and two vanities surrounded by walnut cabinets. The upper-level guest bedroom features a Queen bed as well as two window ledge twin pillowtop mattresses- perfect for the kids’ sleepover. There is a guest bath in-suite up there for no midnight interruptions. The second guest bedroom is on the entry-level and is accompanied by a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in steam shower. Across the hall is a spacious den with a large TV with a DVD player and a plush, extra-large sofa to relax and wind down after a long day on the mountain.
You'll have full access to all that Woodrun V has to offer, including an outdoor heated pool and the choice of two hot tubs. There are complimentary hot beverages served in the lobby area throughout the day in the winter and ice-cold refreshers during the summer months to enjoy after a long day in the heat. The poolside conference room can accommodate up to 25 guests for any kind of gathering you desire, and the business center offers secure, high-speed Wi-Fi with two computers and a printer/scanner. Fax and shipping services are available at the front desk as well.
