This modern 5th wheel has everything you need for a short trip or extended stay. The master bedroom has a king bed, closet, dresser, 2 built-in side tables & washer/dryer combo. Right outside the master bedroom is the main bathroom with 2 sinks, extended counter & oversized mirror, cabinets & built-in shelving, toilet & shower. On the opposite end is the kids suite, with a queen bed on the lower level and a double mattress loft on the upper level. There is a built-in closet and side table on the lower level, TV & up the stairs in the loft is a space for a TV/gaming console and space for 2 more to sleep. The suite also has a 1/2 bath with sink, lower cabinet, medicine cabinet & toilet. Kitchen & main living space has a residential size fridge, gas stove with 4 burners, large TV, cabinets, 2 recliners, dinette that seats 4 (& turns into bed), fireplace and a full-sized pantry. Beautiful glass pendant lights hang over the island, directly above the stainless steel farm sink. Double trash receptacle is built-in the island. Fully stocked with dishes, barware, utensils, pots & pans, basic seasonings, Keurig & K-cups, water, snacks & treats for your furry friend. You might also enjoy the game cabinet: children's books, dominos, deck of cards, LCR card game, Popdarts & dice. There's a small beverage fridge outside w/ a griddle, 8 outdoor chairs, outdoor rug & 4 ft & 6 ft folding tables w/ tablecloths & a towel/clothing drying rack. Plenty of extra linens, dish soap, and laundry detergent all included. Pets welcome. The RV will be delivered to your location sparkling clean, fully stocked & decorated for whatever season we're in. We set up slides & awnings, turn on the a/c for you, hook up the electricity & sewer, set up tables & chairs outside, & will go over anything with you if needed. When it's time for you to head home, just pack your personal belongings! We pick it up, unhook everything & empty the tanks, do the laundry, clean & restock.
