Located in a privileged location, just 2 minutes from the beautiful "Playa Jardin", "Playa el Charcon" and "Playa Punta Brava" and 5 minutes from the Central Bus Station, which will allow you to easily explore other areas of the island, this flat will provide you with the sun, sea and beach you desire during your stay.
The flat has a master bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed and a small balcony offering a mountain view. In the living room you will find a sofa bed for two people very easy to fold, a large 50 inch led TV next to the dining area and the independent kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. In addition, the bathroom offers a relaxing bathtub where you can enjoy a rejuvenating soak after a day full of activities.
The flat has a spacious living room full of natural light thanks to its large windows.
The beautiful 18 square metre terrace, equipped with an outdoor dining table and a small outdoor armchair, is the perfect place to relax, sunbathe and enjoy the views of the city and the mountains. You will also have access to a communal swimming pool where you can cool off.
