Our pool is naturally heated by solar panels, reaching comfortable temperatures from May through September. Although the pool’s temperature cannot be adjusted manually, it remains pleasantly warm during these months. In cooler weather, the pool will be cold, offering a refreshing dip. For consistent warmth, our jacuzzi is temperature-controlled: heated to a cozy 101 degrees during the colder months and set to an eco-friendly 85 degrees in the summer.

• Food bowls and doggy bags are stocked under the kitchen sink for your convenience. Please clean and return them after use to keep things tidy.
• To keep our surroundings pleasant for everyone, we kindly ask that pets use the designated outdoor bathroom areas or the gravel, avoiding the artificial turf.
• For safety and consideration of others, please don't leave your furry friends unattended indoors or on the property.
• Our policies ensure a clean and damage-free environment for all guests, including pets. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or damage. Please help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere by keeping your pets clean and minimizing noise.
• A $75 fee per pet, per stay applies to cover the cost of these amenities and maintain our facilities.
**Additional pet fees will be applied via our guest portal after booking confirmation (plus tax). Let us know if you're bringing a pet along when you book.

☆ Pool Cleaner: Our pool cleaner comes every Tuesday and Friday morning, they will come and go through the side gate and should not bother you throughout your stay. If you would prefer privacy during your stay please let us know ahead of time.

☆ Desert living: This home and many homes in Palm Springs are located in the desert, sand is around, sand flys when windy. When windy the pool does catch some sand. Our pool cleaner always tries his best to clean the sand, but in some cases sand my be in the pool.

☆ Rules Enforced by Riverside County:
• Loud music, rambunctious parties, and excessive street parking are prohibited by County Ordinance. To avoid disturbances and ticketing, renters and their guests must park in the garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Maximum 4 cars allowed.
• Primary renter must be 21 years of age, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID
• Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m.
• Short-term rentals may not be used for commercial purposes, such as filming, corporate retreats, conferences, or wedding receptions.
• Smoking inside the property is prohibited; this includes cigarettes, vapes, and cannabis.

Pet-Specific Rules:
• Please clean up after your pets. Have dogs use the bathroom on the side of the house or on the gravel, not on the artificial turf.
• Pets must not be left unaccompanied on the property or inside the house at any time.
• All dogs must be leashed in unenclosed areas. Barking dogs should be controlled to avoid neighbor complaints. No dogs allowed in the pool.
• Our damage and cleanliness policies apply to all animal guests. Additional cleaning fees may be incurred for excess damage or cleanup.
