About the property:
The home offers accommodation for 5 guests.
Located in a quiet street, you will find everything you need for your family weekend break – an easy 330 metres walk will take you down to a patrolled beach, beach reserve, café, kids’ playpark and a rock pool.
You can bring your bikes and try the Coastline Cycleway, stretching along the coast between Thirroul and Wollongong.
This little cottage is cute and comfortable, you will enjoy your stay any time of the year. Not that you will want to spend too much time indoors with the beautiful outdoors to explore.

The Location:
Bulli Beach is a great place for a family to enjoy. The Reserve has a kids Playground and Bulli Beach Café is there overlooking the beach.
Sandon Point with its Surf Life Saving Club is known as one of the best places to surf in the area.
The 13km Bike track that is a walking, jogging and bicycle track runs from Wollongong to Thirroul, follow the coastline with magnificent views of the beautiful beaches and the Pacific Ocean. You can stop for a coffee at one of the great cafes along the way.
You can stock up on your provisions at Woolworths in Bulli, as well as visit fabulous street cafes and specialty shops and boutiques.
Bulli Foragers Market is open every Sunday 9-2 and is a great place to visit, offering great atmosphere, fabulous food, music and loads of stalls to browse.
Conditions of Occupation:
Quiet hours for outside noise from 10pm – 8am. There is plenty of room to socialise inside.
To maintain a high standard for tenants the following conditions of occupation apply:
(a) Use of premises – the premises are let for holiday purposes only and for the period stated on the receipt.
(b) Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
(c) Number of guests should NOT exceed the number stated in the Confirmation Notice unless subsequently agreed in writing or email. Additional fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the Owner in advance and these will be deducted from the bond.
(d) Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The premises are located in the residential area and have a strict no party policy. NO weddings, parties or large gatherings are permitted.
(e) Noise – Noise to be kept to a minimum. With NO outside noise from 10pm. In the event of noise complaints which result in Holiday Letting Organisation or Police call out, or should a noise order be issued, the Owner reserves the right to immediately evict the Tenant and retain the whole of the bond.
(f) Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss – the Tenant is responsible for the tenant’s personal property. The cost of repair or replacement of any item in the premises or the premises itself due to damage and/or breakages will be deducted from the bond and may include additional charges.
(g) No pets are allowed under any circumstances.
