This gated home is amenity rich with an outdoor setup designed for pleasure and entertaining including a backyard with a fenced-in pool, outdoor BBQ kitchen, custom fire pit, kid’s play area and so much more!
This impressive short term rental home boasts 2,500 square feet of enjoyment featuring an office, games area with foosball table, sophisticated living room with large flat screen TV, window seat and glass sliders to the entertainer’s backyard. The open concept living room, kitchen and formal dining room provides an elegant ambiance for entertaining your family and friends. High beamed ceilings and ample natural light complement the neutral tones and create a larger-than-life ambiance as you move about. The kitchen is a culinary delight with an abundance of white shaker cabinets for excellent organization. The premium stainless steel appliances include a gas range with hood, double ovens, and French door fridge/freezer. The large, seated island is perfect for gathering casually for conversation or meals. The dining room is superbly prepared for hosting with decorative fireplace and glass doors to the patio.
Each bedroom is designed to complement any lifestyle including one bedroom with a kid’s bunk bed. The primary suite offers direct access to the pool area and full bathroom with huge walk-in shower with custom tilework and built-in bench. The other full bath is fitted with a jetted tub with overhead shower, double sinks and modern subway tile detail. A half bath assures a central position for guests and family members alike.
The custom outdoor landscape is a wonder! The gated pebble tech pool is the perfect place to unwind or splash around, with turf all around and tropical "palapas" for seating. There is also a fantastic outdoor kitchen with BBQ, warming drawer, beer tap, sink, huge bar, smoker, and bar seating. The custom fire pit is ringed with custom seating and the dining gazebo is complemented by an outdoor fireplace. Meanwhile, the kid’s play area is a fun destination with netted trampoline, playground with swings, slide and clubhouse, plus other fun aspects little ones will love! Gorgeous outdoor lighting assures you can enjoy these alfresco delights any time of day.

Please note the pool and spa can be heated, but if you plan to use the heater there will be an additional daily fee charged.
Following booking we verify identity to ensure we're hosting the person who has booked.
Pets are only allowed if disclosed in advance. We need to know the type and number of pets before confirming. There will likely be a small additional pet fee to cover additional cleaning costs.
Events (gatherings of any type) must be disclosed to us in advance for permission, generally we don't allow events but might consider small ones.
Smoking is allowed only outside away from open doors and windows. If we need to remove the scent of smoking inside the property we will charge an extra cleaning fee for the cost and time required to do so.
Please avoid being TOO LOUD outside, especially after 10pm, our relationship with our neighbors is very important to us!
