This home features three beautifully designed bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed, large dresser, and a full-length mirror. All bedrooms are equipped with sound machines, so you can sleep soundly after a day of fun in the sun.

• Insects and Wildlife: Mississippi’s coastal environment includes a variety of insects (mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, love bugs, swarming termites, etc.) as well as occasional frogs, lizards, and geckos. Our home is professionally treated for pests, but we recommend keeping doors and windows closed to keep curious creatures outside.
• Hurricane Season: Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. Please note that Airbnb does not consider hurricanes as an extenuating circumstance; our standard cancellation policy will apply. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance with weather-related protection to safeguard your plans during these months.

2. Property is equipped with live, exterior security cameras.

5. Quite Hours: 10PM to 7AM
6. CANDLES: Lighting candles is not permitted inside nor outside, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
7. BALCONY: Please do not throw anything, hang clothes, or wet towels, from the balconies.
8. PETS: Pets are NOT PERMITTED. If pets are brought onto the property, the responsible party will be charged up to $500 for detailed cleaning. The authorized guest, and all others will be required to immediately leave the premises. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
9. TRASH: Trash pickup is every MONDAY. The brown bin and large green bin are for trash and the small green bin is for recycling. Please throw all trash into the proper bin upon checkout.
10. COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOS: Commercial photography or videoing is NOT permitted.
11. WI-FI: Guest will be issued a guest Wi-Fi passcode the day of check in and will be disabled by 11 am on day of check out.
12. THERMOSTAT: The thermostat is wi-fi enabled and Property Management will have access to turn up, down, off, or on if the thermostat is set to a temperature that could damage or cause issues with the HVAC system or the home.
13. STREAMING SERVICES: YouTube TV is provided. The TVs are smart TVs and have apps for Guest(s) to log into streaming services with their own username and passwords as well. It is your responsibility to remember to log out of any services you signed in to upon checking out. Please do NOT sign out of the YouTube TV app.
14. PARKING: Parking is available for 3 vehicles only, as per city ordinance. Please DO NOT park in the grass. Any illegally parked cars may be subject to towing and/or fines at Occupant(s) expense.
15. OVEN USE: Baking cookies, cakes, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, pizza (etc.) need to be baked on the top shelf of the oven. Some items placed on the middle shelf WILL bake quickly and burn.
16. RECEIVERS FOR SPEAKERS: Do not adjust or change any settings using the remote or the actual receiver in the tv cabinets. Please leave as they are!
17. DAMAGES: Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. You will be charged for any damages and/or missing items during your visit.
