My stay at the hotel was very good your staff was nice to us overall.will recommend this place.

i was surprise that the hotel did not offer at least continental breakfast. but away from that, the hotel was comfortable and nice. the view of the beach was breath taking. and above all the area seem safe also at the hotel.

i think we could have had more wash cloth for each day all four of us was staying at the hotel.i did not mind about someone come in to make my bed No not that..just the shortage of myself and my guest having enough wash cloth.

I liked the loft! I was very comfortable. The apartment was very spacious and felt like a home away from home

No one came to clean room I had to clean room myself, take garbage outside, mop the the floor, go get clean towels.And the front desk said someone was coming, and I don't blame the front desk I blame the owner of this particular apartment.Didnt

I will not rent that apartment again

very good location 2min to the beach and it’s central. I have been stayed this property but C 29 this room is the best room.

Comfortable stay, great view.

The apartment was nice and comfortable. The ACs worked well. The loft is warmer then the downstairs room, but if you run the AC it gets cool enough to sleep and there is another fan up there just in case. There were extra towels and the room had an ocean view!

Everything was great - no real complaints. The door stuck a bit, but no big deal.

it was ok for what we needed it for … 2 days. but not for any longer

it was clean and having the beach as the rear view was nice. also the central location was good

remote controls for tv were not working. air conditioning unit in 1st bedroom was not working. had to call maintenance. managed to get TV’s working but not the air conditioning unit. said he would return with two remotes, one for Flow and the other for the air conditioner. never saw him again

The hotel is nice because of its beach location, but if not for that I would not book here again.

I liked how large the space was, the kitchen area was nice as well. The location of the hotel was perfect, it was right in front of the beach, and in the midst of many stores and restaurants. It was very quite and peaceful.

Firstly, the floors were not very clean, the bathroom toilet needs to be fixed, the bathtub needed plunging, the water kept surfacing as we used it. The shower head was falling down, the kitchen was not that clean, overall the space was not very clean. In front of our room was not cleaned once for the 6 days I was there. The staff could have been more attentive, compared to other hotels in Jamaica this hotel needs more work in the service area.

Great apartment in the perfect location!

Perfect location in the heart of Ocho Rios on the beach! The apartment was clean, beautiful and well designed. The view from the balcony was amazing as I woke up to cruise ships in my view from right there in the apartment. Had a nice local breakfast at the restaurant and was minutes away from all the attractions in Ochie! Will definitely stay here again when I return!

My stay was great I enjoyed it.

I actually did not get to eat the breakfast because I am a vegan, so I cook my own food. The location was grate because it’s in the middle of everything.

The beach was beautiful but, when I stepped inside the water the sand underneath my feet felt like I was stepping in mud that was a little turned off but other than that everything was great.

The apartment was not clean on a daily basis, lack of fresh towels, bins over flowing and not enough toilet paper. Even when requested for the rooms to be clean it was only clean once.

Exceptional

The property was in a very good location, very central to everything in ocho Rios, the host was amazing, very helpful & answered all of my messages promptly. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea, the aircon works well & is remote controlled. The house keeping kept the apartment clean. The wifi was strong & worked throughout the entire apartment. Location has a swimming pool with a very attentive lifeguard, this was great for my 8 year old son who loved to play in the pool there is a bar at the side of the pool which is convenient & also the private beach which is a stones throw away with free access for guests. There’s a car park & security which made me feel more safe & secure. There’s also a restaurant that I used to eat breakfast at which was nice & good price. I’m very happy I stayed at this apartment & had a wonderful trip.

The sofa could have been bigger & I wished the tv was a smart tv. There was a couple of times the water didn’t work but the host informed me this was due to a burst water pipe & only happened a couple of times then came back on. I think these apartments have a bit of a problem with ants as I saw them outside & also in the apartment so if you stay you will have to make sure you don’t leave any food out etc. Pretty minor problems & apart from that I can’t critique it.

The apartment is modern compared design , very clean and spacious.

The cooker is not sufficient as it does not provide enough power to cook meals. It took a whole day to fry some fishes and make a meal. You can’t cook on both burners as it loses power.

Superb

Besides what I didnt like, I really enjoyed this property. The views were awesome and the apartment felt like home away from home. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Some of the things needed fixing. & The front desk people took forever to get there. All minor things in my book.

Lovely Room with good amenities in the room

The room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. We had great amenities( AC, hot water in bath room, cable tvs). We had a great view of the bay, a treat to wake up and look at on the balcony. The property had a pool that we took advantage of.

The restaurant on the property was closed. Although this was no fault of the renter/subletter. It would have been a great plus to have onsite food available for guests staying during the nation wide restriction.
