We enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is centrally located - minutes away walk to the Chateau Frontenac and Hotel de Ville. There were loads of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was efficient, courteous, friendly and answered all our questions.
Everything was just fine at this hotel.

Quaint Quebec
Old Quebec is simply charming. The architecture is amazing and you feel that you are in a European city as you explore. The location of the hotel is excellent, situated right in town within walking distance to great restaurants and tourist attractions. We had a Deluxe King Room which was very quiet, comfortable and spacious. Upon arrival, the staff was very helpful with loading in and directions for parking. In our room, we discovered printed pages with walking tours of the Lower and Upper towns written by co-owner Chris Keating. These writings were very beneficial and interesting to us. They guided us in our travels throughout the city. (Thank you Mr. Keating.) There is beautiful art work hanging on almost every wall and we enjoyed taking the stairs to each floor to experience it. In the lounge area downstairs, there is a coffee machine where you can get coffee, cappuccino, or other coffee beverages any time of the day, in addition to the in room coffee maker. The lounge also offers tea, filtered water, fruit, books, puzzles and board games. Down the road on a side street, we discovered a wonderful breakfast place, Chez Temporel. There is also a deli next door to Chez Temporel called Epicerie De La Rue Couillard where you can order sandwiches, baguettes, soup for your days' adventures. There are excellent restaurants everywhere very close to the Hotel. We hope to be back!
Everything was wonderful.

We could not be happier with the hotel staff, accommodations or location.
The hotel is located in the heart of Quebec's old city amid terrific restaurants. Rue St. Jean is the main street for experiencing the city. The hotel's staff was helpful, courteous and happy. The accommodations (room) was adequate for our needs with new or near new furnishings and bath fixtures. Coffee was available in the lounge 24/7 and underground parking only a block away ($). The hotel does not have a dining room but guests can have a basket delivered to the room each morning containing two fresh pastries, orange juice, yogurt, cheese stick and jam ($). "$"= moderate extra charge.
Nothing.

An excellent find, right in the centre of the Old City.
Check-in very straightforward. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean with an excellent mattress and a nice combination of modern furniture and exposed old stonework. The staff was able to help us with suggestions for dinner, found a corkscrew for wine we had purchased as well as plates from their kitchens. There is a common area on the main level that is warm and cosy.
