Location was perfect. The whole place is very artistic 10/10.
The breakfast was very basic for the price we paid and it took about 40/45 mins to bring an order! They couldn’t find the correct key for our room so we ended up with our door open for 4 days during our stay. The pool is very nice but its right in the middle of the restaurant so it gets super crowded and uncomfortable at 11 am once they start serving lunch. I didn’t expect to pay this much to use the pool privately for just a couple of hours in the morning.

I loved everything
Everything was perfect

The hotel was amazing and our room was one of a kind. The staff on reception were very friendly and well done to the bell boy for carrying our masses of luggage up the stairs. The staff in the restaurant couldn't of done enough to make us more comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were amazing and felt so priveleged to be able to swim in the pool when the restaurant was closed.
The hostesses at the entrance were very unwelcoming and even though we were there for 3 days they never once recognised us as guests. We got a feeling that they felt they were better than us. Not one smile!

The property was exceptionally beautiful, right in the middle of Ocean drive, Miami beach. Perfect location with a chic and classy vibe. I loved our room, the Signature suite which had a balcony and mesmerizing decor! A treat to our eyes indeed.
Reception corner could have been slightly bigger and well maintained. Otherwise, everything was good.

We stayed in signature suit. There was a musty smell and dumb smell in the room. My 3 years old kid started to cough as soon as we entered room and cried to go somewhere else. I can understand it is an old hotel but they should been revised as the original design because people pay that hotel only for the Versace taste. We wanted staff to help us to get rid of the smells also they said they understand and give us smell spray. We wanted hotel at least make some refund but after 3 weeks still no answer.
Breakfast was really poor of choices and bad.
They turned the zone around pool into a restaurant literally 2 meters away. Restaurant is allalways full and people takes selfies when you swim, it is not really comfortable. Also the leafs in the fountains had not been clerad properly so again there was a nasty smell.
I really do not recommend for people who likes comfort, hygiene and damp smell.

The showers in this hotel are like WATERFALLS; you will not be disappointed booking here. Also midnight swim with partner and nobody around in the pool was amazing. The staff was more than helpful with our last min booking that day and even showed us a few rooms to choose from. The Blue Azure suite is where we stayed I believe and it was amazing.

Everything!
Let us know breakfast was included. We were told by staff it wasn’t so we went out for breakfast only to find out on our return it was included!

It was all fab-u-lous. A great room that Elton John used to stay in. The restaurant was so good that we had lunch and dinner there both days.
Nothing to say here.

amazing decor but dated
dinner is alright, but breakfast is sorry except the Cappucino is drinkable
dated especially the Eletric charges. I thought it would cause fire.
I don’t like the staffs asked me to use to pool then asked me not to use it later. however they apologise to me as I am a guest so I can use the pool.

This is a beautiful property with historic value, located in the midst of the lively Ocean Drive. Rooms are lavishly furnished with original pieces.
This property is not really run as a hotel. It is more of a bar- nightclub and restaurant venu. Rooms are extreamly noisy until at least 3:00am, so beware: if you are looking for peace and quiet do not go there. The room we got had a bad oder probably originating from the kitchen vents bellow. Also, opening the windows was not really an option and there was definately no view. The lovely swiming pool can scarcely be used by hotel guests as the deck beside it is used as a packed restaurant floor.

Great location and interesting property. Small hotel so not crowded at all. It felt exclusive.

Property with a rich history even preceding Gianni Versace’s time there. Location is great and in Ocean drive. Great restaurant, beautiful decor and amazing pool.

It is an amazing place and you do feel like you are in a completely different world. I was very fortunate enough to have dinner right at the front of the pool. The view was incredible.
The only thing I could complain about was the breakfast. I had french toast, the slices were very tiny and seemed to be soggy even before the maple syrup went on them. Perhaps that could be improved.

The room had a lot of space. The amenities were more than adequate. It was in a great location. We enjoyed the fact that Gianni Versace's legacy is being kept alive through this hotel.
We recommend that hotel staff give a small information about the history of the rooms and the mansion itself. Perhaps a short excursion of the property upon check-in.

Building is unique, impressive and stunning; location cannot be beaten
The restaurant is one of the best we have ever been - food, staff, décor, atmosphere is one of a kind
Very load day and night, difficult to sleep
The restaurant seems to be the main attention and attraction, the hotel is somehow an afterthought - this is very unfortunate
The whole facility had its bets time and needs urgently investment
