AMAZING - 100/10

Wow this hotel was beautiful, and the staff were AMAZING! They went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I, my toddler, and my two large dogs. We also were traveling with a 26' moving truck and trailer and they sectioned off a spot for us to park. We needed to print a document, but their printer was down, but the staff was quick to print it for us in their office and let us know when it was ready. Bonus: there is also a delicious Mexican restaurant next door! 10/10

The sink in our bathroom was clogged after running the tap for a few seconds, otherwise this hotel was perfect!

A wonderful place to stay!

The custom omelette and the coffee at the breakfast bar were excellent. The entire lobby had a wonderful relaxing ambiance. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The elevators though beautiful were small. We had to walk around the outside of the building to reach our car and it was very windy outside.

The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable we all had a good night's sleep. Also we all enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

The only thing that disappointed my wife and I , well more myself the first morning there not even 5 minutes after sitting down and started on breakfast someone from one of the highest balconies spit down on me . This really grossed us out it was all over my left shorts pocket. So we just had to get up and go , so I could clean up and change clothing. Everyone there that was helping in the breakfast area were helpful but we didn't see who had done this. I should have went to front desk to report the incident, but what could have been done?

Loved the hotel! Great location, clean, and staff was really nice. Rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with an omelette station and they actually served food until breakfast was over, not like other hotels that don't refill the breakfast even though there's still an hour of breakfast left. Also, there are plenty of tables to sit at, so you don't have to wait around for an open table.

The only thing I wish was different is the bathroom size. It has the shower and toilet in one very small room and the sink outside right where the beds are at. So if you are the first one to wake up and shower you'll be waking the others if you need to use the sink.

Towel hook broke in bathroom, A/C struggled through the night making it very uncomfortable. Sheets were stained. Hair on the shower walls.

The breakfast that’s it!

I liked what it looked like online but then got there and it was terrible! The room was dirty. All the furniture falling apart and AC blowing out on warm air!
