It was alright but a little expensive for what we got.

It was a close proximity to the airport. This was good for that. Didn't take us long at all to get to the airport parking garage.

We stayed here to get on an early flight. We didn't get to taste the breakfast and only stayed 4 hours by the time we got checked in, changed rooms and got to bed. There were issues with booking a room online that had double beds. I did message the facility and all for double beds but they put us in a long room anyway. When we called down and asked, the front desk staff argued some then agreed to give us a new room.

It was fine for the price. Ample parking.

I reserved two rooms, one for my husband and me and one for our friends. When I arrived the receptionist told me that I could not pay with a different card. I had reserved The rooms on my business card but I did not intend to have to pay with that card because this was not a business trip. I have traveled a lot throughout my 20 year career and this is the first time I’ve ever had somebody tell me that I couldn’t pay for a room with a different card. I’m not sure if this is actually the rule or if that’s just what the receptionist relayed to us but it was a very big inconvenience because I was forced to pay for our friends room as well and I did not have the funds in that account to cover both rooms so we had to do a bunch of transfers and extra documentation because it went on a business card. I could go on and on about how ridiculous this is but it doesn’t matter now I can honestly say I will never stay in that hotel again. I’ve stayed there multiple times, in fact we were just there last week and then came again this past weekend. very bad customer service from the minute we walked in..

The evening front desk clerk answered all of my questions and had a positive attitude.

The hotel is very outdated and has a strange, musty smell. My room looked nothing like the pictures advertised, but, the evening front desk clerk was super sweet and helpful.

The Worst Ramada everrrr!!

The morning clerk & the shuttle driver.

It's an old Hotel. It needs attention inside & out. It felt more like a hitchhikers stop. There's homelessness outside broken, no accommodations. The drink machines were out if order. Night desk clerk was tired & rude. Yu have to go thru the grass under a freeway pass of feces & homelessness to get water or food. Not a safe stop fir woman at all. I would never recommend this place😳.. I wanted my $$ back as soon as we drove up. Dive dive dive 👎👎👎

Excellent location next to Dallas Love Airport with very reliable airport shuttle service!

Very friendly front desk team members (both in the evening and in the morning of check-out) and very personable airport shuttle driver. (Plus the shuttle driver was very prompt) Room was large, very clean, comfortable bed and the room was quiet. (Never heard any neighbors)

There aren't really any available outlets to plug in devices (phone, watch etc...) You have to unplug a lamp or clock to find an available outlet.

The place is outdated the room the beds the floor everything Is outdated which made it look dirty aside from a cockroach that came up in the restroom (mind you I’m not picky with “aesthetics” but this was a little extra and dirty looking to the point I wouldn’t let me kids get on little sofa or chair. the mattresses were very uncomfortable very hard to sleep on You could tell they hadn’t been changed in a very long time because of how it felt like you could feel a dent on the mattress and the springs or whatever is inside. It’s a confusing review because I know it’s not the employees fault since it did look like it had been cleaned but the discoloration and old dirty look of the desk chair and couch are beyond their control and makes you feel if you would’ve invested $20 extra in another place would’ve been better lol

Pleasantly surprised !

I read reviews after booking and they were poor. My expectations were low.The girl at the desk was fantastic. Called us Uber since the shuttle was so busy. The room was clean. We all got a good nights rest .
