I want to visit Seattle again AND I’ll StayPineapple!!!

It was a unique and very comfortable hotel. Amazing staff and very convenient to all areas downtown. The bed was fantastic!! I slept so soundly and got some much needed rest.

I liked everything, I wish that there was a grill or a snack bar for late night munchies. But, I think that would be cost prohibitive.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others traveling to Seattle.

The interactions we had with the staff from the first encounter to the last were exceptional. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable. The location was great. We were able to walk to all the areas we wanted to visit0

We were not able to try one of the pineapple cookies as we did not see them out.

Seattle zu Fuß - von hier kein Problem!

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage um Seattle zu Fuß zu erkunden. Sowohl das Seattle Center mit der Space Needle, als auch die Waterfront sowie Pioneer Square sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Es gibt einen schönen Aufenthaltsbereich in der Lobby mit diversen Spielen, um die Tage entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Das Hotel bietet eine kostenlose Water-Refill-Station und eine kleine Coffee-Corner, die den ganzen Tag zur Verfügung steht. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Vom Flughafen kann man mit dem Link Light Rail direkt zur Station Westlake fahren (ca. 40 Minuten), welche vom Hotel nur ca. 10 Fußminuten entfernt liegt. Rundum ein tolles Hotel um Seattle zu bereisen!

The staff was excellent; very friendly & helpful.

Good location and easy walking distance to places we wanted to visit. Also, the bedding (duvet/individual comforters) were excellent.

No food service offered onsite.

Spectacular stay

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was great! Close to everything we wanted to do. Staff was spectacular! Shout out to William for his hospitality and making some spectacular recommendations on things to see and do.

The lighting in the rooms/bathroom. It is pretty dim which made getting ready somewhat challenging.

Excellent place to stay in Seattle Downtown

We liked everything ... specially all the games available!

There was that day a specific problem: a fire in the dryer area, so that delayed our check in, and there was smoke smelling

A comfortable, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff.

Fairly central location, easy access to Pier 66. Room comfortable, not a lot of eating options in the vicinity for nighttime eating for female solo traveler.

It is a fun theme and rooms are cute but I won’t stay here again for the price.

Pineapple theme is creative and fun. Close enough to walk to waterfront and Pike Place. Lyfted to stadiums. Clean.

There is no housekeeping service until after day 2 of your stay. It isn’t great if you are going to stay for a 2-day weekend. No clean linens, coffee replacement, empty garbage cans, etc. You have to ask. The $24 amenities fee per day is not worth one beverage, coffee and bottled water. The cookies are great but were gone quickly and we missed out.

Stay was not a good as I had hoped especially for the price, staff was not very welcoming.

The room and hotel was pretty and modern.

The smoke detector in my room, 529, started "chirping" at 5:00 a.m., which of course woke me up from a much needed sleep. I went down to the lobby at 5:30 a.m. to let the desk staff know. The gentleman told me he did not know how to change the battery in the smoke detector and the only recourse I had was to get moved to another room. To me that seemed like a stupid idea, to get packed and moved to a different room so early in the morning, so I declined, as my sleep and stay had already been ruined.

Smooth check-in. Excellent location for jazz performance. Excellent security - guests only on upper floors, room key required to use the elevator. Wi-fi is fast and easy to access. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The lighting could be a bit brighter. It was fine for laptop and tablet work, but a little dim for reading hard copy. Otherwise, the hotel was fine.

cute and boutique! definitely small but unique and enjoyed the first floor lounge area.

Great location, fun and quirky rooms, helpful staff.

The room has everything you need and quirky Pineapple touches. The hotel is within walking distance to most parts of central Seattle and easy to get to trains etc. There are some good eateries nearby. Love the welcome drink voucher too :-)

Overall good experience

The room was big and clean. The hotel was close to a lot of popular tourist attractions.

The area around the hotel is a little bit sketchy. Got hassled by drunk homeless during the day and threatened by hostile locals driving past us at night. Overall I didn't feel too unsafe. Just something to consider and to the hotel's credit they keep the doors locked and I felt very safe while inside the hotel.
