Awesome the people were nice the pools were awesome

The pools were amazing the beachfront room was excellent the staff were really good Marissa checked us in and did an awesome job and Amy checked me out again very friendly and nice.

Good, but more of a 3&1/2 Star experience

We liked the grassy lawn areas to watch the ocean. We enjoyed the outdoor pools. The location right on the beach is nice.

We didn't like the in room air conditioner that could not keep up. It was always muggy in the room. We didn't like the furniture. It was older, chipped, and seemed just thrown together haphazardly. We did not like that there was no map of the complex. We had to walk around to find amenities.

- Cockroaches in the room we didn’t use the microwave because was one inside and we back to the car with one big cockroach in my older daughter bag, we had to stop the car. - We didn’t found sponge for was the dishes - The bathroom was sticky around the toilet you can feel in your feet if you use the bathroom

It was amazing and will be booking a room again here my next family stay!! Was a great place!!!!

The property was excellent and didn’t have to drive but across the road for groceries, toys etc.

I don’t have any complaints!!!

Decent for a one or two day trip.

I liked how it was only about 15 mins from convention center. We liked that it had a full size refrigerator. Liked that the ac unit was working. At check in the gentleman was very nice.

Didn’t like that we couldn’t go on balcony because they were working on building. Really don’t like how tight the parking is in the parking garage. Also bathrooms should have plenty of hooks to hang everyone’s towels and you all don’t have that. Something in the room was bothering mine and my daughters allergies. Also for the price free breakfast should be included.

Good location, but wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

Front desk check in staff was very kind and helpful. Close to the beach. Free onsite parking.

We had an ocean view room but you could barely see the ocean. Our view was scaffolding from renovations and a sign taped to the glass door saying we could not open the balcony door for safety reasons. The plastic chairs for the balcony were stacked in our room. Property is worn.

Great stay nice pools and jacuzzis

Breakfast is good but a lil expensive specially a orange juice. It was cheaper to eat at Waffle House. I understand it was a buffet but competitive prices ???

My wife and I had our anniversary and we enjoyed staying at this hotel for the most part . We definitely had a good time

I enjoyed my stay minus the bed/bedding and the room being too hot. both of these affected a good nights sleep.

the beds were absolutely HORRIBLE. The worst spring mattresses. The linens were just as bad. The room stays hot no matter the setting on the thermostat.

Great Location and Awesome staff and amenities!!!

The staff was delightful and very helpful! The beach was clean and very nice! The jacuzzi and rooftop pool was an amazing experience!

The beds were a little hard but nothing too bad. Watch for food advertisements they send under your door, they’re scams!!!!

My Stay At Grande Shore

I loved everything about my stay at Grande Shore. The staff was very helpful. The room was very nice and I loved the oceanfront view.

We would definitely stay here again. From the staff to the location to the great oceanfront view.

We really enjoyed our stay. From the time we walked in, a day early, until check-out the staff was so friendly, accommodating, helpful, etc. Nem assisted us with the rooms; Aro (sp?) assisted us with securing parking for our motorcycle and trailer to include getting us directions to go visit friends. The staff/bartender at the Cafe were delightful. We had the best, friendliest service and the food was delicious.

Nothing serious. We felt the building showed some fair wear and tear so to speak however it was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was good the staff wasn’t very friendly they seemed a little agitated because they normally don’t open on mondays they even stated it to our group

There were bugs in the kitchen also we got ripped off by using a menu that was in the room for what we assumed to be a legitimate pizzeria which then led to the police getting involved as well however the front desk reps and the manager were very helpful and compassionate. (2 ) In particular Marissa and Heather .
