My stay was ok.

The room was warm an comfortable.

Every time I took a shower. Brown water came out of the fosit.

The room overall was very comfortable and good for 1 day stay if you're looking for something quick and easy.

The walls are thin so you can literally hear everything next door.

The hotel has not been able to maintain its standards probably due to COVID.

Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel - I slept.

The carpeting is awful! The carpets need to be replaced as they are beyond cleaning.

We will be back!

My family's experience was amazing starting from check-in. The staff was friendly. I had to work during the day in my room which was great. My room came with a separate room for me to work in with desk, chair, TV and pull-out couch.

My experience was well. There's nothing to say negative.

It was comfortable and quiet and safe !

Traveling alone needed a safe east access . Front desk people were so helpful with food advice and assistance when I was checking out !

I liked the pool and hot tub. The staff seemed helpful and friendly.

I did not like that the bar was not open later in the evening. Also the restaurant was not serving food according to what was posted.

Definitely the warm chocolate chip cookie from the front desk upon arrival!

Minor set back though water was shut off for a few hours one day during my stay.

The area. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was good .

The toilet in my room didn't work good. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. I had to go to the first floor to get ice. There was no do not disturb sign. The was no TV guide listing. The pool was cloudy. The pool wasn't deep. The spa was small. The bed was not comfortable.

Nice hotel, good locstion but everything is ala carte

The room was clean, the check in staff were friendly

Breakfast was not included. We had to pay $15 pp for a buffet. The server gave us our drinks so we had to tip (or felt obligated to)...again, a buffet. Daily housekeeping was not included. We could get service, but had to ask for it. There were 2 small wastebaskets so we had to put garbage out daily . For what we paid for our room, both items should have been included.

older hotel. maintained well. Clean. outdoor patio common area. Staff helpful and great customer service.

Free parking great price. Clean and staff accommodating. Ice machine worked. pop machine worked. Refrigerator and microwave worked in room. Water pressure was good and hot. Room smelled clean and not like mildew. Linen clean. Near mall and a lot of shopping options.

one room included breakfast prepaid “breakfast included”. The other read as “breakfast available” because bar is on site and can be charged to your room. It should say Breakfast “not” included but can be purchased for $15 adults and 7.50 kids.

nothing because the hotel claimed we didn’t have a reservation and they were oversold

didn’t get to stay there!!
