Nice room - it was good to be traveling again.

Location was fine for our purpose. Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Grab and Go breakfast, because of Covid, was not as good as one normally receives at a Hampton Inn, but there were a variety of options available, and we liked the fact that we did not have to be in a crowd.

Had trouble with the door lock -- sometimes had to give it quite a shove to open it after the lock electronically opened. Even exchanged keys, but still had an intermittent problem. Our room was on the side facing the main street, and as it turned out, a parallel railroad track. There were several trains during the night, and their alerting whistles disturbed an otherwise sound sleep. Room was adjacent to elevator and the dining area on main floor. There were some loud persons in those areas late at night which disturbed us, but fortunately not for long.

Clean, comfortable, but after taxes almost $200. A little pricier

location and front desk personnel

hallway had horrible smell🤮. upon entering room, a spider was crawling across my bed! I almost fainted! we had 3 young children and 4 adults. we were afraid of spider bites the whole stay!

A decent stay, little pricey for the accommodations. Great staff.

Staff was excellent. Very welcoming and professional. Room was a good size and bathroom was huge; shower was very large and they supplied body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Love the black out curtains. Facilities were very clean and well cared for.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I know people like different firmness in their mattresses, but even my husband who tends to like a firm mattress didn't sleep well because it was hard. I requested the highest floor, hotel has 4 floors. We were given a third floor room right beside the elevator. I didn't complain because the hotel was extremely full and one elevator was out of service.

staff was very polite and cleanliness was ok, breakfast was great.

beds were not very comfortable, still had some popcorn in the floor but it was only 1 piece that could’ve been easily missed.

Very enjoyable and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

The hotel looked clean and smelled like a spa from the moment we walked in. The room was the same. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and had quite an assortment - different items on Saturday and Sunday.

No complaints.

Decent but not luxurious

The complimentary breakfast was decent. The location was perfect close to everything I needed to be.

The rooms were hot. Even with the air on and the elevator was out the entire stay. They also had a soccer team in the building at the same time, but we were exhausted from funeral services and had to hear kids running through the hall most of the night. For the money we paid, I just think it could’ve been a little better. Rooms were slightly dated but not horrible.

Not a hotel that truly cares.

Location and breakfast

Some staff were extremely rude. And when trying to reach a manager they never returned a phone call. The A/C didn’t work in our room and we were told what do we expect.
