Nice variety of options for breakfast, although the dining area is small and can be very hectic during service. The gym is 24 hours which is great. The bed was very comfortable and bedroom was clean.
It’s a little bit further out from the city than expected, however, there are some bus routes nearby. The highway traffic is very noticeable so if you’re a light sleeper, avoid! Reception staff were rude and very unhelpful. I also didn’t receive my breakfast vouchers on check in so I got hassle both morning!

vado sempre in questo hotel, mi trovo bene, hanno degli spazi comuni molto confertevoli
alcuni alla reception non salutano nemmeno, altri sono gentili
9.0
Comfortable
Noisy with highway traffic and neighbors talking loudly
10.0
Very convenient, it’s very just 10 minutes away from the center of Boston City

Location was perfect

The staff were always very nice.
A downside: we did not have hot water (it was only like warm, morning and night ) about a half of our stay.

The address listed, put you on the complete other side of the turnpike. This was with Google maps and Waze. Unfortunately, at that location it was dangerous and one could easily have been hit by other cars. When I finally realized I had to go completely around the turnpike to the other side than the entrances to the garage into the hotel were not clearly marked. it made for a very aggravating part of my stay

Room and pleasant location
Less noise

Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds.
Good location right near the bus stop and goes directly to downtown.
The price was a bit high for us. Breakfast not included in the price and quite expensive.

Location
Nothing was free except the comb I requested bc I left mine a home
4.0
Location. Opposite the elevator as that was all that was left even though I made the reservation in advance.
6.0
The location was great. There was a bus line right across the street that brings you to Boston. Only about a 15-20 minute bus ride. The room itself was clean and the bar next to the lobby was very nice and very convenient.
The price is relatively high for not being right in Boston. The breakfast is not free. The incidental charge that goes on the card is pretty dramatic (I know it gets refunded if no issues, however it’s a large hold). Parking was $15/night on top of everything, which I understand for being in Downtown, but this is a relatively quieter area.

Location was good
They need more front desk staff every time I went up there someone was alone and trying to do too much by themselves. Invest in front desk it’s unfair to leave one person alone with the amount of people staying there.
6.0
Convenient to Boston and Newton hospitals, employees were helpful and pleasant, reasonable parking rate, clean room, good bed.
Too many bus loads - crowded breakfast, but of course this keeps customer percentages up. No Microwave in rooms, not enough drawers for clothing, no long mirror in room. For handicapped it would be nice to have the spaces out front be for them.
7.0
Location for my needs
Room location. Noisy.
8.0
Check in and check out. Atmosphere was nice.
Size of the room was small. Bathroom was small. Mirror was to low for me in the room.
5.0
The room flooded one evening and staff responded by moving us and comping us a night which was great
Our room had a stale smell which was most unpleasant. The hotel is built over a motorway which means the noise is excessive. No laundry facilities, no safe in rooms.
8.0
The hotel was clean good location just outside of Boston. $15 for parking was very fair.
Rooms were small. Limited dresser space. No microwave in the room.
4.0
The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
It was extremely noisy because of traffic on adjacent roads. Some days there was no food available in the evenings in the hotel.
10.0
I liked that the ac worked cause a lot of places don’t have working ac. The room was beautiful , staff was so nice . It was close to everything i wanted to do. It felt very welcoming
there was stains in the room that looked like blood. And there was no microwave in the room but there was one in the lobby so that’s fine
7.0
Staff is very efficient and welcoming. I loved the comfort of the bed.
Location is meh, a tad confusing. The bathroom needed some minor repairs like the sink faucet and the toilet seat. There was no microwave in the room, which it was disappointing. As a former housekeeper trainer, it's impossible not to compare. There's some things that could've been better. I still enjoyed my stay, which it was more about the company, time quality, and being in the area.

clean rooms and newly renovated
very loud, you hear every noise in the hallway and on the pike . very scratchy towels
