This is our go to hotel when in Roseville. It is clean, comfortable and their customer service is excellent!
4.3
Very clean and good location
There is wait in the reception. More reception operators would be nicer
4.3
Convince to everything
Lots of noise from street traffic late at night

If Booking.com had scheduled me in the right state.

location to family and mall. breakfast was good. conveniently close to main highway. staff was totally awesome, friendly and professional no matter which shift.
The pricing could have been a little better, but due to the area it was probably based on that.
4.3
Location, breakfast selection
Everything was fine. If I had to say anything, the bed was softvfirvmy liking and there was a lot of street noise.
4.3
Great breakfast

The breakfast was decent. The beds were comfortable. Only one lovely young lady that worked the front desk during the day… the rest were rude.
Some staff were very rude. Especially the night staff.
4.3
The breakfast was amazing every morning. The hotel was very clean from the lobby to our room. The pool was clean and easy to access.
We didn't think we should have to pay $10.00 a day for parking. This is the first time in the history of staying in hotels that we had to do this. This needs to be changed.
The staff were pleasant but not very professional in appearance.

Their stuff are nice and friendly and the room was clean and breakfast was fine.
They didn't give me the type of the room I booked, and told me from their system it's just show that I booked standard king bed room ( I was booked the room was kind size bed with another bund bed) , I don't understand why the cost on the receipt it was not same as I paid in March.06, I will check my credit bill again, to make sure they r not charge me twice. I hope booking.com can help me to clear up about this too.
4.3
Free breakfast. Proximity to freeway to travel to the snow.
Cleanliness of towels.

Breakfast was amazing. Lots to choose from and the hot selections were actually hot, including the cinnamon rolls that I thought were to die for! The room actually looked exactly like the photos shown on the website. Everything looked nearly new. Staff very friendly and location was perfect for our needs.
There is nothing like sleeping in your own bed, but the king bed was comfortable. The only downside is that all the pillows were extremely soft (just fine for me tho), but my husband prefers a firmer pillow.
4.3
support staff was excellent
mgr? with the dark curly hair at the check in desk was not very pleasant

it was close to Kaiser hospital, which is where we were going.
it was extremely disturbing, that inappropriate guests being aloud to carry on all night for everyone to hear including children, my child. this was beyond unacceptable and no way was I the only one who heard this. it was disgusting and I won’t be staying in this establishment again, and I will be telling other parents about this experience. the holiday inn should not allow people to carry on in this type of manner. this is not a cheap motel 6 for crying out loud how disturbing. my daughter had surgery the next morning and this kept us up all night long, after being confronted by another guest for parking in the covered check in area, in which is there to drive up and check in. also there was a car parked in this check in area and that car was still there in the morning so clearly just left in the covered check in area overnight. yes the employee heard this man and said he would report it. I hope he did. then you charge $10 to park in the parking lot at the hotel? who even does that? what a complete disappointment.

Clean hotel
The staff was terrible. We got there to check in and waited 20 minutes at an empty front desk. Another gentleman also stood and waited for help and eventually left after 15 minutes. When someone finally came up to the desk (we also tried calling the front desk to alert anyone that we needed to be helped so we could access our rooms, but no one picked up) she was short with us and didn’t greet us or acknowledge that no one was there for so long.literally zero costumer service. Our key card didn’t work and when we asked for help she huffed and made a comment rudely that we need to close the door first before trying to unlock it. Which , yes.. obviously. She told us that the pool was open until 10 when we asked. When we went out to swim it was locked with a big chain.i came in and told her as kindly as possible, she didn’t respond , she just looked me annoyed and quickly walked out of her area to put on a jacket. Once outside when we thanked her for unlocking it she just quickly walked away. She had told us there would be towels in a cupboard by the pool. It was empty, when my colleague went in to let her know and ask for towels she again was annoyed. We were a group of 12 staying in 3 rooms. We travel to Roseville 3-5 times a year for competitive cheerleading but we will never stay at this hotel again after this experience. We will likely not do a Holiday Inn again either.

Reception nice, the linens were nice and soft, room seemed clean, best breakfast we ever had at a hotel.
close to the fire station and hospital so we heard sirens quite a few times, not bad though.
4.3
The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated! Bathroom was spacious, clean and had plenty of hot water - the shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap and lotion were in convenient pump dispensers mounted to the wall and shower! The breakfast was AWESOME - plenty of fresh fruit, hot oatmeal, omelets, sausage, bacon, pancake maker (so convenient), especially yummy hot cinnamon rolls AND plenty of hot coffee/tea/cocoa!
4.3
convenient location, very clean, updated, friendly staff
the AC system was a little loud on the 3rd floor
