Location

Key did not work half the time to get into the room. Bed was worn closest to bathroom so I needed to sleep on other side to avoid the dip

The worst breakfast I have ever experienced. I don’t know if this was typical but it was the lousiest , unhealthy choices I could imagine . Terrible .

A very comfortable stay.

Great location. The suite was spacious and very clean and the staff friendly.

Breakfast. Not many options and almost everything had pork in it. For a muslim that was not somethig one could eat.

Ein kurzer aber schöner Aufenthalt in einem typischen amerikanischen Hotel.

Es gab ausreichend was zu frühstücken. Allerdings nicht nach europäischen Standards. Wir sind satt geworden. Die Lage ist zwar außerhalb der Stadt gewesen, aber da dort ein Einkaufszentrum ist, gab es auch eine Buslinie. Das war ein Kriterium, da wir ohne sonstiges Transportmittel unterwegs waren.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas europäischer sein.

Disappointing.

The location was great.

It was advertised on booking.com, and multiple other websites that they had a pool. Upon checkin with my pregnant wife and 2 year old, we were told they haven’t had a pool in 3 years. We booked the hotel for the pool. The staff didn’t seem to care at all about this. Also, the room was run down and the bathroom was dirty upon checkin.

Comfortable stay at Princeton

Break fast included. Coices are not huge but good enough. Coffee/Tea is also available 24H. Room is spacious and clean. A shopping mall is located next door which is convenient.

the amenities and the setup was great.

Nothing really to complain about other than the expectation is to definitely keep it down and it’s hard when you’re there for leisure and not able to make some noise. But other than that its a great hotel.

Great location and very comfortable facility which would be better if a shuttle was added!

Breakfast was great. Would be a great idea to have a shuttle pick up at train station and shuttle to go into town!

It took us an hour and a half to check in! The pool was down since Covid started, and they’re advertising that there’s a pool! We got stuck on the elevator for 15 mins. And we purchased 2 suites. They put us on floor 1 and 4! And the didn’t want us to get a refund. Btw staff is very rude! Never again!

it’s a perfect location and the people are lovely and the room is so nice — but no sleep. an

the hvac unit in my room that went on & off all night was so loud it kept me up most of the night. it sound like a huge Mac truck was in the room . I waited for the sweet quiet when it stopped. just awful.

We enjoyed our stay; they can improve on small details.

We liked the room, it was spacious, carefully prepared, also equipped with a kitchenette.

1. The mattress of the couch-bed 2. The fact that they use plastic and disposable kitchenware in breakfast. Such a waste!

Started well, ended very poorly & resulted in being completely exhausted the following day.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

I was locked out of my room from 1am until 5am and had to sleep in my car until a handyman could fix the lock. This was completely unacceptable & I would like a refund on one night. See photos below for broken lock.
