UNSAFE area!

Excellent staff

The hotel phone in room does not work. I first had to call from my cell to ask when the loud music at 11:30pm would stop and they explained it would end at midnight when the bar across the street closed. After midnight I had to call the manager because someone was screaming and banging on the door on our hall cussing the person who was inside to let them in. The manager went up and tried to resolve the disturbance. I called 9-1-1 when it continued to escalate and they said they had officers here. They took the man and at 1am came back up repeatedly banging on the door for the people inside to let them in. We came with our high school chorus group so all the teens are terrified! Zero sleep!!

I was kind of disappointed that I had booked a room with a Jacuzzi once I got there. There was no Jacuzzi rooms availabl

The property was very nice and close to the highway

The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact I purchased my room from of booking.com which stated that it had a Jacuzzi and once I got to the property, the front desk informed me that there were no rooms with a Jacuzzi.

Necessary place to stay due to a funeral.

Good Breakfast.

There was a lot of noise, loud music etc, which could be heard in rooms and continued. There were football games in area but hard to sleep due to being able to hear noise in rooms. The older toilets are too low.

The lobby was clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was decent.

The room was okay, not the cleanest. I found multiple hairs that were not mine. Stuff was rusted and falling apart. Definitely not worth the money

My room was full of mold! It sent me to the emergency room! Two days later I still have a headache!

Would do it again if necessary.

The breakfast was very good,hot and tasty..the location was fair as I needed closer to Chesterfield but it turned out ok.

Breakfast was fantastic! The staff was very helpful. We stayed one night driving from NY to home and the hotel was conveniently located off I-95.

Decent value hotel

The bed was comfortable and pillows too. High pressure in the shower was nice and the water got hot quickly. The room had a refrigerator and microwave which was nice for convenience, in addition to a hairdryer and iron and ironing board.

A few of the towels had some marks on them, making them questionable for cleanliness. One pillow case had a mark on it too. The bottom of the bathtub on the outside had lots of scuffs on it. Breakfast was just ok, it was included so I don’t feel like too much can be said, except they were out of eggs when we got there (with 40 minutes left). We had to wait for another batch to be made, only after another couple got to breakfast (15 minutes after we had arrived for breakfast and were basically already finished eating. The vending machine was out of service, or so it seemed, because many of the spots were empty and the slots that had items in them, the items were back too far to even get.
