Overall stay was good and my daughter loved the hot tub and pool.

The staff was very friendly and he property was clean and smelled good.

The hot tub seemed to have a lot of cleaning solution in it causing dry itchy skin

The toilets barely flushed. The kitchen was without power, so there was not very much to eat out second day.

That my room was canceled as I was driving from the airport to check in due to the hotel being overbooked. This is terrible business practice, we had to sleep on couches which was not fun for 65 year Olds.

We booked two months in advance and they didn’t have our disabled room so we had to stay at another hotel.

I booked this months in advance and requested a disabled roll in shower. we have stayed there in the past. However, when we arrived at 10:30 at night, we were first given the room, but the key didn’t work. Then they said that it was booked by a corporate member. Then they said it was not available due to maintenance. Apparently the manager tried to call me, but never left a message. The next day, they eventually cancelled our stay. My husband is in a wheelchair, we had to scramble to find someplace to accommodate us in the middle of the night. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I don’t think I will be going back to that hotel.

it would have been nice if the sidewalk and parking lot had been deiced. also the bathroom sink was clogged and didn’t drain well.

Only one problem with the entire stay.

Excellent food. Wide variety of foods. But the BEST was the items to make a great breakfast burrito with chili that was the perfect heat value.

The room appeared clean and neat and plenty of linens. However when I opened the drawer of bedside table had lots of candy and other items left by previous occupants. The main complaint was the container of bean dip that was totally covered with MOLD which meant, this drawer had NOT been opened in days-weeks. I covered the dip and threw it away just to get it out of room. Thank goodness my husband did not see it or the whole town would have heard about it. Just need to train the cleaning staff to be more thorough.

right off the highway

hard mattress, scratchy sheets and towels, 3 tiny pillows on a king bed, toilet paper in toilet not flushed when we arrived, hairdryer didn’t go to high so it took 15 minutes to dry my hair, I requested top floor so I wouldn’t have to hear possible noise above us but around 9 pm it sounded like a parade of elephants above us for 2 hours

No pool,no compensation,NO Good

Owner is SO inconsiderate... Pool has been waiting for a reinspection on code violation s for 3 ..3...3. Months! We WOULD have booked elsewhere had we known. I texted CORP. Best Western for compensation and NO response...I texted the owner of the property to NO response... This facility should be pulled from the offering for Longmont CO.....pissed off. ! !

The room and the facilities were clean. Disappointed that the pool and whirlpool were not working. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very accommodating.

The whirlpool in swimming pool or shut down by the fire department do to sprinklers not working as what I was told.

we booked the place bec it says there’s a hot tub and when we get there and looking forward to use the hot tub after driving 30 hours for couple of days and the hot tub was not available, and then next day they let us moved to another hotel cuz there was a fire inspection and they did not passed the inspection. It was a very big inconvenience and disappointment to us!!!

Quick check in and out. East access to room.

The tv was not available in our room on either night. I consider this part of the package we paid for as it was listed as an amenity. We informed them the first night, and we’re told they’d fix it. Although the staff was apologetic and courteous we went without Tv both nights. And then we’re told it wasn’t their issue.
