The stay was comfortable and clost to the airport for family members to shuttle to.

Breakfast included, bed and pillows were sufficient.

Exterior of building had been damaged in a storm, understandable just not appealing.

Misleading and Disappointing

The staff was excellent and very helpful!

The location is extremely misleading. It is a full 20-25 minute drive to downtown Bentonville. It is also extremely close to the airport, so you constantly hear the airplanes arriving and departing. It woke us up multiple times every night. One of our windows was broken and taped together, which I understand things happen, but it was clearly not new tape from a recent occurrence.

Outstanding in every way!

This property is always clean and is a very pleasant place to stay. The staff is helpful and have a great attitude. I stay here several times per year when I travel. Consistently outstanding!

short and very convienant.

Staff was great, the shuttle to the airport was not only convenient, but very easy and quick.

Just that there is noting built up around the hotel, so there was no way to walk to find something to eat or do.

A convenient and comfortable place that serves its purpose well.

It is convenient to the fairgrounds, which is where our event was held. Our room was perfect as we had our twin grandchildren along. Staff was friendly.

It could be cleaned just a bit better. The breakfast person did NOT want to be at work and the simple breakfast showed it. It needs to be refurbished.

Large clean room. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice and dark. Breakfast rocked.

The breakfast attendant was the rudest, sour person I've ever encountered in that situation. Was a little pricey for us.

Disappointing

The beds were comfortable, and we slept well

Pool and hot tub out of order. I specifically searched for a hotel with a pool and hot tub, we could have chosen another location if we had known this was going to happen.

The fake wood flooring was coming up so they put tape on it to hold it down. The floor that had the TV stand on it was uneven and has a 3in decline in elevation. The hotel was dirty and had bugs inside the room. The window was broken so the pit duct tape on it to prevent it from being opened.

We didn't stay long to find out.

No heads up about the pool being closed. Had to change rooms because descriptions on booking.com wasn't accurate. After changing rooms, the bathtub had no stopper, so we asked if they had any. They didn't. Went to take a shower had no cold water. It's just straight hot. Couldn't bathe. Went to see if someone could fix it. It was gonna take to long. We checked out and went somewhere else.

Good location if you need to be near the airiport, otherwise book something closer to town

Breakfast was good, although there were some "technical issues" that were eventually solved; the breakfast staff was very helpful

The evening desk attendant on duty when we checked in was very surly; the room needed some minor repairs (the windowsill and the desk were broken); the location was not near any amenities except the airport; the swimming pool was out of commission, and had been for 4 months

I’m the middle of no where. only good if you are catching a flight out of nxa. pool and hot tub closed. cheap construction ( warped floors, cracks). Tub curved and difficult to keep balance.

My only complaint was the hotel shuttle left us at the airport because it took to long to get bags.

Rooms are spacious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We did not eat breakfast but it sure did smell good.
