Typically my favorite place to stay; the leaking shower prevented entire unit.

The 2 bedroom loft had plenty of space. The pools were excellent.

The second floor bathroom shower leaked through to the first floor bathroom celing and could not be used.

Exceptional

The fact it had 4 swimming pools and 4 hot tubs Game room, tennis courts. Great room we stayed in. The place was awesome. I would stay here again!!!

No housekeeping, we stayed for two nights we had to strip the beds ourselves and towels and put in laundry bags. If you need any more towels you need to goto the front desk.

room w/ view of mountain, pool, game room, shuttle, stocked kitchen

fire place broken, no mini-convenience for cooking/snack essentials (unless we missed it). check out too early on Sunday to support day at the resort. Consider how to manage cleaning schedules to allow for families to check out at 1 p.m.

The mountain view and the pool and spa area. Being 2 mins from Loon was a huge plus!

We were excited to enjoy the fireplace during our ski trip, but during check-in we were notified that many of their fireplaces weren't working and ours happened to be one of them & wasn't compensated in any way or offered another room.

Great stay at Loon - great location, price and staff!

fantastic location and accomadation. Kitchen has everything you need with breathtaking views. indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub. condo was short drive to everything we want to do

The bed was not the most comfortable and the hours of the facility that holds the pools would of been nice if open a bit later like 9-10pm for after dinner / before bed swims

pleasant stay

Pleasant property with reasonable facilities. The suite was quite roomy, with a decent size little kitchen with all required appliances. Close (few minutes drive) to the restaurants in the town centre

The only major negative was that the pull out bed in the lounge was very uncomfortable.

Our stay was great. The location is very near to everything (loon mountain ski resort, restaurants and groceries)

I like that they have the amenities like indoor/outdoor heated pool, hot tub and full kitchenette. The place is clean and the room we have was spacious for the family of 5.

Nice but not a good as past stays

room was nice other than we could not use the gas fireplace. Place looks in need of improvements.

Overall, we liked the place and have a great time during our stayed.

We like the pool and location as well as rooms.

Some reason cards to our room kept erase the code. We have to reprogram a couple times.

Great location but up keep lacked attention.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly. There were plenty of towels, pillows etc. I did like the ease of using my own online accounts for tv watching and that we were signed out automatically upon departure. The issues were as follows, there were water stains on the ceilings, and even worse in the bathroom it looked like there was black mold growing. The front porches decking felt like they were going to give way upon walking on them. Cleary water damaged as well. There was no blender either.

Superb

Townhome was awesome and clean. Great setup and the beds were comfy. Loved the pools. Friendly staff! Close to everything, and staff had great reccomendations of where to go and eat. Will definetly be coming back. Family loved every minute of it.

Wish outdoor hottub was open. There was mold in the bathroom above the ceiling. Overall very little to complain about.

Very frustrating for me, and very disappointing for my 10 and 15 year old, as they were no evening activities to enjoy.

It was in the heart of the white mountains convenient to all things Lincoln.

The unit we stayed in was very dated probably back to the 80s, a cramped little 1 bedroom. The main issues of disappointment revolve around the early hours of shut down for the amenities. After spending a day out and about in the white mountains, we had hoped to come home and relax at the pool maybe use the outdoor grills or the game room. Unfortunately, everything shut down at either seven or 7:30 PM which for us meant we didn’t get to use the pools or the hot tub‘s except for 10 short minutes on Tuesday evening. We were only there for two days and two nights, but the point of coming to a resort is to have resort like amenities, which sadly we did not. Most assuredly we will not return.

Superb

The unit we ended up with was on the second floor with a great view of the mountains. The bed was very comfortable, there were ample towels and the kitchen had a large refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove/oven and microwave. There was a full set of kitchen utensils, bowls, cooking pans. Everything was neat, orderly and clean. The unit was extremely clean overall and roomy, too... perfect for two people like us. The balcony was super, extra large and the furniture throughout was very comfortable. There is ample parking on the grounds. If tennis is your thing they have something like 12 courts. There are two outdoor pools though one is dedicated to water polo. There are also two indoor pools, a sauna and a jacuzzi. A woman at the lobby desk told us the indoor pools were heated but they didn't feel that way. Still the temperature of the water was good. We recommend this location and would like to return in the future.

Our room was not ready when we arrived even though we arrived at the appropriate time. I was a little worried when, right before our stay, we were provided with a link that gave you the rundown. In that rundown they mention about you having patience if your room is not ready when you arrive. It makes me think this issue is common. Another item we didn't like... and maybe this is not entirely the fault of The Village at Loon... but some of the clientele are rather noisy. Ghetto blasters blaring at the poolside. Noisy next door neighbors. People talking outside rather loudly until almost midnight. Just be forewarned that it isn't necessarily a quiet place... at least not in the middle of the summer.
