Leaking ceiling

The young man at the desk was a really nice young man

It had been raining most of the day. The ceiling was leaking in our room in between the bed and the window. It was leaking across the room. We were on 1st floor so I'm sure it was co.i g from upstairs

I will never stay on that property again

Nothing it was nothing like the pictures. The night clerk was so sweet and helpful but the morning clerk were so rude. There was no breakfast like they said there would be.

Worlds most used bed. Sagged in the middle. Like a very large person had laid in it for months. It was terrible. Old furniture. Black out drapes had huge moth holes in it.

it’s out dated, the ac in my room didn’t blow cold just “cool” and my “nonsmoking” rooms smelt like cigarettes and also weed

The rooms were substandard and staff was poorly trained I did not stay in hotel and left property to get another set of rooms I am not happy with the hotel or booking dot com Bad experience will not use booking again

Will NEVER stay there again!!

The staff

The room smelled so bad because of moldy carpet from where the sink had been leaking for a long time before we got in there. Very dirty and tub floor was detached from the floor itself and had a water bubble under it. Was like showering in a boat! I told Staffa our leak under sink and they came and put towels and a bucket and left it. We couldn’t use the sink at all without the bucket filling up!! Horrible dirty room.

Last stop on our vacation.

Location, price was ideal, but the room was spacious and Mark was friendly and helpful checking us in.

We needed a blanket. It was cold last night. But the heater worked great!

Poor service,I was given a dirty room 3 different times and had to go to the desk to get a clean room,no blankets,no phone,no coffee maker and was told we couldn't take our breakfast to our room. The cleaning attendant is very rude.my over all opinion is do not stay at this hotel.im sure I'm not the only person who had to experience this

Sound proof in that you Only hear the water pipes, not the other people

It is an older hotel, so it does have character, the non smoking room didi have a smoke smell to it. Overall the Google reviews were right if you throw out the extremes.

Housekeeping needs to focus more on stains 1 pillow case had blood stain,there was hair on shower wall,carpet needs to be shampooed,room had a musty smell,a/c needs to be checked room was not cold enough!!!
