Check-in simples e rápido. Atendimento de qualidade
Limpeza do chão do quarto deixou a desejar, o carpete estava grudento. Dois dos quatro travesseiros estavam com as fronhas sujas. A torneira da banheira ficou pingando e o ar condicionado é extremamente alto.

Easy check in and easy check out.
The air conditioned it was not working properly, we spent 2 nights there, the first night we arrived around 10:00 pm because the traffic, I set the AC on but it was so noisy and because a lot of vibration the cover felt off, so we didn't use it.
The second night we arrived early at night, around 8:00 pm, I set the air conditioned on for 2 hrs. to cool a little the room in order to sleep, but even it was hard for us to sleep well in that conditions. Also at our arrival to the property the employee gave me a flyer, stating what it was a courtesy from them and they said, "complimentary, water, coffee or Tea. Next day I asked for a water bottle and the lady in charge sent me to closer gas station to buy it?

This was our second stay here and it was even better than the first. Improvements that were under way at that time have been completed. We found the unit and grounds to be safe, comfortable, clean, and pleasant. All staff interactions were pleasant, as well. The location is very convenient for us.
My husband uses a walker and the parking lot was a little dicey for him to navigate. Resurfacing would bump our 8 rating to a 10.
